When I click log in to community I am automatically logged in and have the incorrect display name and I have no idea what email address is associated. I see no way to discover the email associated, much less update it. My zapier account is under XXX@XXXXXXXX.com (WXX CXXXXXXXX) and the community account should be the same. Can someone please help with this. I found an article from 5 years ago with this same issue that was no longer allowing replies. How is this disconnect still present after 5 years?
Side note: Why is live chat unavailable on the day I paid $300 to upgrade my account specifically for the access to live chat?
