Request to review Meta Zap flow and Facebook verification

Hi Team,

I have created a new Zap named “Meta Zap.” This Zap pulls lead data from our CRM and stores it in a Zapier Table. From there, the data is read and sent to Facebook via the Facebook Conversions API to qualify the leads.

The end-to-end flow is working as expected. However, I would like your help to:

  1. Review and verify the overall Zap flow and logic

  2. Confirm whether the conversions are being received correctly on Facebook

  3. Share the best way to validate and monitor these events in Facebook Events Manager

Thanks for sharing the details. Based on what you described, the structure of your Zap aligns with how the Facebook Conversions API is typically used, but only Facebook Events Manager can confirm receipt.

To validate events, check the Test Events tab in Events Manager while triggering the Zap, then review Overview and Diagnostics for ongoing activity and warnings. Event Match Quality can help indicate whether user data is sufficient for attribution. In Zapier, Task History lets you confirm each step ran and inspect the data sent.
