I am connecting an update in monday via zapier to post it in a SQL.Therefore, i use the update created trigger function. The information i want are in the updatetext, so an actual update created in monday. Is there any way to get the information from this update text and read the text in Zapier?

I'm trying to connect Vulcan7 to Followup Boss using a Zpier Web hook. I want to send selected contacts from Vulcan7 to contacts in Followup Boss.I would like an Action Plan to start according to how the lead is tagged as soon as the new lead hits Followup Boss. I started by choosing:Webhooks By Zapier(Premium) The Trigger Event is “Catch Raw Hook” I entered my account credentials email address. The Action I chose is Registration. Each step, App& event. Account, and Action all have Green check marks.When I select the Test and run it it fails.The error code is:Got 400 calling POST https://api.followupboss.com/v1/events,expected2xx.Troubleshoot error, and nothing seems to correct thos error and the contact information is not being delivered to Followup Boss dashboard.I tried to send an image but it claims a camera shot is to large.
Hello!So we’d like to start capturing partial entries from our forms in WP Forms and sending them into our CRM using Zapier. We already have automations in place that do this with regular entries, but would like it to work with partial entries as well.We’ve done some research (including contacting Zapier support) and know that this is not natively available yet. It may be developed in the future, but no specific timeline has been given for this.Has anyone found a way around this issue? Thank you in advance!
How to automatically create a new Item ID using the "Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com" integrated with Google Forms?
I integrated Google Forms with Monday.com to immediate reflect data on the dashboard. The Google Forms results will be a recurring process thus multiple items will be reflected in the Monday.com board. I used the trigger: 1. Change multiple columns value in monday.com when new or updated form response in Google Forms then action will be: 2. Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com My problem is, Zapier is requiring for an Item ID. New responses from Google Forms will over ride the column values since it is by default referenced to item 1. I cannot always update the Monday.com dashboard just to ensure new Google Form results will not override the row referenced to item 1. Is there a way for Zapier to automatically change this Item ID so that the results will be more accurate? Thanks!
Hi Zapier community,When I update the content of an existing asana task I have the following challenges.My task is to update the content, tags, due date and followers, but leaving the assignee blank.What happens is, that the “Update Task in Asana” still keeps the old entry of the old assignee when I update the task, even though I leave it blank.Is there any command I can add to this field that it will clear the field when updated and leave the assignee empty?Looking forward hearing from you.Thanks Bruno

Hi, I am new to Zapier and looking to set up a zap that when an order is placed on my wix ecommerce store an invoice is created in xero. In an ideal world I would also like the zap to add this customer to xero contact unless they are already a contact. Thanks guys!!! Helena
Is it possible to create a Zap that fills in contract information when I create a template? For example, if I create a Zap that fills out the recipient fields of a new Eversign, Docusign, etc. contract and send it to myself before the client, can I then use a Zap to autofill information into that contract from Google Sheets or another app? I’d also be curious if there are contracting softwares other than Eversign or Docusign where this is possible. Thank you for the help!
I’m trying to make an integration so that whenever someone fills out an Airtable form, their email address is added to a Google Group.To use Zapier to integrate with Google Groups, do I have to be on GSuite, or is it okay to have a @googlegroups.com group managed by a Gmail account?Here’s what I tried to connect Zapier with my Google Groups account:Entered GSuite Domain as `googlegroups.com` Sign into Google with SSO and grant accessImmediately, Zapier says “This account is expired. My request works fine in Swagger or Postman, but if I use the same json code in zapier, I get a weird error:error: Email address is required I tried custom webhook and the normal webhook from Zapier, both get the same error. Hi, I am trying to work out which fields are the ‘short answer’ text field from my Google Ads Lead Form to pull across into my Google Sheets spreadsheets row.The ‘full name’, ‘phone number’ etc are all working fine in the test (as seen below)… it’s the two questions with the short answer text that I can’t figure out. From looking at the screenshot can anyone tell me which ones (in the last screenshot) are the two questions fields? Howdy,Our systems person left last week unexpectedly. I am moving through our systems and updating things.In Zapier I found a lot of “members” who no longer work with us.So I “removed” them….. Have I just deleted the Zaps they set up for us? ie are the Zaps attached to the Member?I am hoping this is a silly question and the answer is “No”Stressing!Hoping someone can advise. I’m trying to create a zap to generate a QBO invoice upon creative of a new sales order in Zoho Inventory. My trigger in Zoho is setup, then I have an action to find customer in QBO that seems to be functioning, then I have my create invoice action which produces this error:“Invalid Number: Invalid Number : Sound In Motion, Quickbooks Field: CustomerRef.value”Regardless of if I select the customer name from the Zoho connection, or the display name from the find customer action in QBO. Hello all,I have a problem with editing the zaps if in the meantime new custom fields on Trello should be integrated there.Example:I have a zap that triggers “card moved to list” on Trello and then sends an email automatically via Outlook.If I now want to add something to this existing emailtext and for this want to use a new custom field on Trello, which I have created in the meantime, Zapier does not find this field to use it in the text.If I create a new zap, then it works. My Instagram post shared to Google My Business only shows the caption and not the media. It says Error 400.
I created the Zap Create post in Google My Business when new media posted in my account in Instagram but only my Instagram captions are shared to Google My Business. When I refreshed my Zap, it gives an Error 400 but no details are given. My zap is correctly filled out so I don’t know what the issue is. Can anyone help?
