I am having issues LOADING MORE LEADS to my TEST Trigger. Problem: Zapier is not loading more leads or leads are ones I do not want.NOTE: The lead it provides is a test@FB.com or a RANDOM person in my account. I do not want to send a test to a random person. I would like to send a TEST to me so I can see if it works. Maybe I am not understanding this 100% but if I send a test with a random person email and they are put into a Email Sequence that is not good. (If it is my name and email that is fine because I am testing it) Goal: I am simple trying to pass a FULL NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS from Facebook to Clickfunnels. Questions:Why does Zapier load random leads? I understand it want to see if it can find one but not sure why it does this. Can you set up the lead you want to send in Zapier?Hopefully someone can help me or explain to me why it would just pull up a random lead to test.Thanks
How do I redirect quiz takers to specific email funnels in Flodesk based on their results using Interact?
Hey Dears! I’m in the process of building out my first quiz nurture funnel using Interact for the Quiz and Flodesk for the nurture sequence. In the quiz there are 5 results which is reflected by 5 email funnels in Flodesk. I am having trouble figuring out how to connect the two platforms and redirect people to the adequate quiz funnel based on their results. (so each person receives a personalized email based on their quiz results) If you have any advice or suggestion I would so appreciate it!

Just had a follow up question about the above which I was wondering if you could help me with?I have a Zap set up which takes a “new spreadsheet row” trigger in Google Sheets and sends a message in a Slack channel at a predetermined time (the message text and time to send the message are fields in the Google Sheet). The automation works fine, however it doesn’t give me any room for error i.e. I can’t change the message text or send time after adding the spreadsheet row. Do you know if I can set up this Zap so it gives me some flexibility to change the text or send time after adding the spreadsheet row? Hey all, I created a zap yesterday that is based off a Jira JQL string that searches a project for new issues, and then creates an appropriately formatted card on our Trello board. It works very well, but I wanted to know if there was a way to update those created Trello cards based on a field update in the Jira issue (e.g. if the Assignee field changes to someone else). Might be asking too much, and may have to use a 2-way sync app instead...but who knows! Thank you :)
HI everyone!I’m trying to connect a newsletter automation between Elopage and SendinBlue. I found a detailed video on the steps in SendinBlue. I created a true/false attribute; the customer service who can’t help that much informed me that for boolean type attributes (such as the Double opt-in attributs), I can use 0 or 1 as numbers.In Zapier I added the attributes FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME and the name of my created attribute. I think (not entirely sure though!) that I might have chosen the wrong option now cause I couldn’t find the identical one from the video (because she used another platfrom, not Elopage). So I went for “1. Opt Ins Answer: no” because that was the choice from the test run that Zapier did. I thougth since the no/yes can change it should work... Can anybody tell me if this is 1. the correct choice and/or 2. if doesnt work because of the 1/0, true/false options in Sendinblue (but I couldn’t find any option that states 1/0, true/false …)?Very grateful for any tipp or info w
I’ve noticed in a few Zaps that when I used the New or Updated Row trigger for Google Sheets that the Updated Row trigger is inconsistent.Specifically, it doesn’t seem to fire when the contents of an existing cell are changed, especially it’s a dropdown menu. Here’s my use case: Tracking spreadsheet of new documentation As updates are finished they’re added to the sheet However, they only publish once every week or two, so the new/updated articles are on hold A trigger column in the sheet with different statuses: Wait for publishing Go! Done (updated by the Zap once it’s successfull) Intended trigger is when the row is updated and the trigger column switches to Go! I have an exact match filter as step 1 after the trigger In looking at the Zap history, updates to existing cells in the row aren’t triggering the zap. UPDATE: I solved this. =====Hi,I want to update a merge field in MailChimp using data from a Google Sheet.When I choose "Add/Update Subscriber," I don't want to overwrite the First Name and Last Name of the Subscriber. However, since these fields are mandatory, I'm having trouble figuring out a workaround for this.Thanks!
I’ve been using Zapier for several years now and the biggest limitation and frustration is error handling. I have many Zaps where I have steps that don’t need to be successful in order for the rest of the Zap to work. Sometimes it’s updating an optional property on a record, or looking up a record that doesn’t need to exist but that if it does I want to do some additional processing.Is there a way to tell Zapier to just ignore an error in a particular step? For example, I have a Zap where I’m processing form input that may or may not contain a mobile number (it’s an optional field). I update a HubSpot contact record with the phone number from the form, which is sometimes empty. There’s no way I can find in Zapier to say “If the field isn’t empty, update the HubSpot contact record”. So, I just run the update contact step regardless, but it throws an error if you pass it no data for the field to be updated.I would love a checkbox on Zapier steps that says, simply “Ignore errors on this s

I have Outlook integrated into Slack through the official integration so in theory, if I can figure out how to create an event and set it as out of office, it should update in Slack.

The only option I see for filtering is the single “data” object. I found this YouTube video (from 5 years ago), but it shows the guy setting up a webhook to receive data from ActiveCampaign, and in the Filter action, all the different fields are separate items...the parsing was done automatically. Here’s a question, I’ve set up a Zapier integration to issue a draft quote in Xero when a row is added in Smartsheet (typically via a quote form). In the form the user selects item codes from a dropdown list, for most items this will populate the unit price field through index in Smartsheet, but for 5-10% of item codes a unit price field appears through conditional formatting so that the user can enter a unit price. When the Zap runs it works fine where the unit price is populated through indexing the price list. But where the user need to enter a customizable unit price this always gets sent to Xero as $0.00. I think what is happening is that I have matching unit price data set up in Xero and SS where the unit price is indexed from a price list. But, where the unit price is customizable I have left this blank in the price lists, hence the $0.00 So my question is, Zapier gives you an option to map line item unit prices in a Smartsheet » Xero integration.
