Hi all - i’ve just created a zap between linkedin lead forms and pardot. The flow looks like this: When This Happens: Submission of Linkedin Lead Gen formDo This 1: Find Prospect in Pardot (and create one if none exists)Do This 2: Update Prospect in Pardot (finds the recently created prospect via Lead ID found in “Do This 1” step) with lead score of “5” The issue is if it’s an existing prospect, it changes the total lead score to 5 instead of ADDING 5. Is there anyway I can have the zap increment the lead score by 5? Or is there another workaround? thankspawan
I have a Squarespace website that has a Zap connecting 4 different webforms to a Salesforce org. Each different form submission data is going to the Lead object as a new record. I am not able to consolidate the online forms to one due to nature of the data that needs to be captured from each one. Each of the 4 webforms is regarding a different topic. Due to which web form that is being used, the form data has to populate into a specific Lead record type. Please tell me how I avoid Lead record duplicates as they come in, since a person filling out the online forms can fill out a web form more than once.Please assist, and thanks!
I have set up the integration to PipeDrive, and I am searching on a custom field. The problem is that it only returns ONE record from Organizations. I put in a test set that has duplicates, and it only returns one organization.I need it to return an array or list of the orgs, then I can filter out which one needs to get updated, OR let me search on more than one field at a time.Anyone else have this experience or know how to fix?

Hi, I want to set up a zap where people who sign up for a Zoom meeting (NOT webinar) are automatically enrolled in a specific Teachable course. I am only seeing how to do this for webinar attendees, not meeting attendees. This would only be for specific Zoom meetings, not every single one. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
Our company has a corporate gsuite Gmail account “office@…” we require a copy of all outgoing message from the sales people accounts (mike@, john@, etc...) to be forwarded to the corporate account. I cannot find a trigger (which would be pressing the “send” button) to do this.BTW, Gmail does not allow forwarding outgoing messages by means of a filter… only incoming messages.Thanks
I am setting up my Zap from Gravity forms to Nutshell person set up.I had it all synced last night with some of the custom fields and came back this morning to link all remaining custom fields, and it keeps coming up with the error message - This person could not be sent to Nutshell - Invalid Choice "YES" I am in australia so hard to get phone support and want this sorted asap. Any help would be appreciated.
I’d like to delete an email address from a contact record in Salesforce if I get an undeliverable. Is there a way to force a null value into the email field to effectively delete it (on “Update a Record” action on Salesforce)? If I use double quotes, “Null”, etc I get an error… if I leave the field blank, it doesn’t overwrite it (probably a good thing!). Thank you!
hi im trying to create a journal entry into my quickbooks through zap. the difficulty im finding is that there is only one debit section and one credit section. my journal entry will have one debit entry and multiple credit entries.(needless to say the debit side will equal the total on the credit side). But the problem im facing is that there is no provision for adding up multiple credit entries. can someone help me on the same?

The Share Preference is set to Anyone With The Link Can Edit. Send an email with the doc created in the above step as attachment, using GMail.Steps 1, 2 work perfectly. Doc created in GDrive folder.What do I put into the Attachments field so that the doc is attached to the email ?I tried searching for a similar request herein and did not find any. Question about Zapier & InfusionsoftWe need to integrate Thinkific and Infusionsoft and exploring Zapier.Currently when Thinkific moves a contact into Infusionsoft (through the Thinkific standard integration setup), if there are multiple contacts with the same email address in Infusionsoft, Thinkific find a contact with the same email address and simply overrides that contact info in Infusionsoft with the new contact info coming in from Thinkific.Even if the first name is different.We need to set set it up so that it checks the email AND first name, and:If it finds a match, it can link/over-ride that contact in Infusionsoft if it does NOT find a match, it creates a new contact (with the same email address but different first name) inside InfusionsoftWe do not use Zapier yet, but was wanting to understand if it is possible to manage this level of detail within a Zapier “Zap” or not?Thanks LikeComment
I am unable to create a new Template in the Email Parser by Zapier. All attempts to create a new Template result in the same error message: Application errorAn error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the commandheroku logs --tail Is anyone else encountering this issue?

Hello,I have this usecase that I can’t seem to figure out.We have a google sheet with client names, slack channel id, and communication schedule. Each day using zapier scheduler as the trigger, we have a specific day message that we sent out to each client specific channel ID and tagging the client slack user IDs. Instead of creating a slack step for each client and entering the message. We want to pull message from google sheets so when communication message changes/updates, we just update it once in the sheet and it will push correctly to all client channels.The other issue is being able to use google sheets to run the entire list of clients so that it fires the template message in each client slack channel. I’m not familiar with zapier code and zapier formater but I image a combination of this plus structuring my data so google sheets can run a lookup or find event will solve my issue. I want to connect my private CRM with zapier so that i can send leads to get response for further lead nurturement.I asked my developer to generate api key so that i can integrate crm with zapier and flow leads to get response. But problem is develper asking me data in table format to generate api key. I told him that i want leads name, mail id & phone no. fetched into getreponse. he said send me all details like start date end date etc in table format like as follow - But i dont know, what kind of data table zapier require to fetch recent/ fresh lead from crm to send it to getresponse.If any body can help me with this kind of table of content, I will be thankful.
Hello Zap community! I looked and didn’t see this exact question addressed, so here goes! I’m easily able to create a new Slack channel when a new Airtable record is created. Is there also a way to populate a message within the newly created slack channel as well? Any help on workflow is appreciated, thank you so much! J
