I was able to connect my account to my Wordpress site, but when I try to create a task to create a post the test comes back with a 403 error.I clicked the “Troubleshooting” button, but the information was useless, there was no information about the actual error.I searched for 403 error posting to Wordpress, and I did find a post that does list the 403 error, but that wasn’t any better. Two of the links talk about Jetpack “fixes”, but the link do not relate to the recommended fix. The third option, allowlisting xmlrpc.php does make sense since I can connect my account, it’s only (so far) posting that is the problem.
Hi, I’m using Email Parser by Zapier to extract telephone numbers from emails. This works just great. Then I use Zapier to “Find Person” in my Pipedrive.If person is found, others actions are activated. This works.If person is not found, a new Contact is created. This works. The problem is that the telephone numbers in the emails have different formats. Es. the same telephone number can be shown as:39123456789+39 123456789123456789123 456 789(and probably other formats too). I have used the option “Search for Exact Match = NO”, but it still doesn’t work. I have noted that the search function inside Pipedrive is able to recognize the same telephone number written in different format. What should I do? Best regards,Diego
So basically, I’ve set up a zap to pull through JIRA tickets with specific labels in a specific board to notion and that works fine. Now I’m setting up a zap so that when an issue in JIRA with those labels in that board gets updated then it finds and updates the notion item. But I can’t find my board under projects when setting up the JIRA updated issue zap, despite being an admin for the board.I’ve tried using the board ID in the custom field but that doesn’t work. I don’t want to create a new zap for each project as there are a lot of projects and some new ones get added daily. I’ve tried using JQL Query in the custom field instead of choosing the project but the zap doesn’t seem to like the query I use despite it working in the new item in JIRA with those labels send to notion zap. I know there is the filter by zapier thing but with this I can only filter by assignee and labels but not by board, and I’m only on the free trial so it’s not sustainable long term.Is there anyway aroun
I can add ServiceM8 to the App page and I log into my SErviceM8 account ok but when tyringto create the Zap I get the following message. This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here.When I try to reconnect i have no success. I have tried deleting the connection and the app and restarting but get the same error each time.Hoping someone can help please.
I was sleeping and woke up to 65 of my original contacts being added into my Follow Up Boss account as “New Leads”. They were already in my contact list and I didn't do anything to trigger Zapier into adding them. Follow Up Boss says it’s an issue with Zapier but I am not having any luck with contacting a human at Zapier regarding this problem. Has anyone ever had this issue before and if so, how did you fix it? Thank you!
Well I test drove the Premium for a week, the 2nd week my password wasn’t working and multiple reset attempts yielded NO response. Is this the type of support I should expect if I actually pay for the product?I submitted multiple requests to Sales link and forgot password and the best I got was a zendesk we are working on it… I don’t think you are bec. it has been 5 + days we no contact. There is no phone number no chat no nothing… so basically we are on our own… I opened a demo gmail email not my biz email account just to be able to post , because you can’t post to the community unless you log in and you can’t log in if your password is not working after it was... Am really questioning is there an alternative to link my salesforce bec. if this is the support i can expect, from zapier, mission critical system connections, one would want support.
I am attempting a flow where i want the zap to action (email) and then update records for multiple items in airtable but hitting an error with the Loop stage.so my flow currently looks like:trigger - monthly schedulefind many records (limited to ten :( )create loop from line itemssend email in gmailupdate record in airtable - however on this last step, the ID value is empty. I am mapping the Record Field to ID but it shows in testing as ID:No data. when i test the Find Many Records step i can see that the Record ID is being pulled, but for some reason it’s blank is that last step.is it possible to use loop with find many records? if so, what am i missing? or should i just manually email +udpate the current list, then create a new zap which is triggered on ‘new record in view’?
I’m trying to create spreadsheet row with google sheets within the slack workflow builder. I’m using Zapier’s “create spreadsheet row with google sheets” feature. The test shows no issues, but when I run the Workflow, it results in this error: “An error occurred executing a workflow step you own. Check out your workflow for further details.”I deleted the corresponding workflow step and tried recreating it, but the same error appears. Could repeatedly deleting and attempting to create the workflow step also be a potential cause of the issue?I have also tried Slack’s help, and their response was that they don’t maintain the Workflow steps built by other apps, like Zapier.How can I troubleshoot here?
Hi, I am working on a 4 step Zap that brings in data from my Bubble App, copies a worksheet and google, finds a thing in bubble and then the last step identifies the information from both step 1 and 3 and copies it to the row of the new worksheet created in step 2. The “data in” in my zap history looks perfect in all steps, even step 4, however in step 4 data “out” I am not seeing any of the dynamic information from step 1 being sent (information from step 3 is there and sending without issue). Any ideas?

I’m fairly confident of that date because it had worked perfectly for months; I transcribe audio almost daily and that’s the last date that a transcript was generated for me. If Zapier uses version control like Git for their work, I’d look closely at any changes that were made around then. Just set up my first zap and I’m running into trouble. Used this article but it did not include what selections from IG I should make in the VIDEO settings portion of the YouTube actions to get the video to come over from IG. https://zapier.com/blog/connect-instagram-and-youtube-for-automated-crossposting/I selected Media Type: VIDEO, but it doesn’t appear as if the test video posted to YouTube. What selections should I have made. Did I make the correct selection in VIDEO below? Also, for TITLE, the article suggests if captions are long to use the username and timestamp instead - will people still find my videos in searches this way (with content from description and tags instead)? I wanted to automate reminder emails for upcoming payments due. Set up a zap to search for record(s) (multiple) that match an upcoming date range then set up another record search to find opportunities related to those records followed by a gmail action to send an email when the zap ran I was hoping it would run the gmail action for each record found but I received an error saying that it tried to query for all records found at the same time (in the Second get records action) am I approaching this the right way? is it possible to have a zap that auto runs daily for all records that match the find record query?

We have a Wix website using Wix forms and the issue is with one of the fields in Wix forms. We are using a File Upload button and so the problem is that when we send the file the user submits on our website, it comes out as a text file (.TXT) of the files name and not the actual file. Hi there!I have a big problem with config my Zap: Woocommerce - Uscreen.Actually in our Woo we have 3 subscriptions products witch correspond to 3 packages of videos on USCREEN (PODSTAWOWY, STANDARD, PREMIUM). Zapier should: when subscribe will change status to active, using filter (product name from woo), should assign user (or create) in uscreen and give permision to specific subs. Every time when someone bought 1 sub in woo, I received 2 troubleshooting problem mail (from two different zaps). The account is created correct, but the wrong video package is assigned. The packages are also assigned accordingly. I have three zaps for each subs (name, email and uscreen subs are changed).
I feel like this should be simple but I don’t know what’s going wrong. I’m creating a deal in an app called Pipedrive. My first task was to create a new google drive folder when the new deal was created. The second task is to create a google sheet when the new deal is created. I would like to move the newly created spreadsheet to the newly created google drive folder.Zapier prompts me to put in a search task so I did. The google drive search task test had no problem finding the newly created google sheet, but then when I go to create a new task to move the “found” google sheet, it says that it can’t find the sheet with the name given.Here’s the Google Sheet that it should be able to move... Hello I am trying to connect a GoCanvas submission with a folder in Microsoft Sharepoint.I have tested the trigger and it shows connection. After that is done when I go to selecting a folder I am getting the following error message: Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Folder' data. undefined. Error code 404: 404 FILE NOT FOUNDI am trying to figure out why this is happening. I have attached screenshots hoping this will explain.
I am having problems getting a zap working that sends out an alert when any zap in a folder enters the “halted” state. The zap uses the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” trigger. The folder being monitored has a zap that fails to find a Contact in Salesforce and enters the “halted” state, but no trigger in being fired in the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” zap. This is an important feature to capture issues for our company when running zaps and I’d really like to get this working. Has anyone else come across a similar problem and what they did to get the zap working. I’ve looked at the documentation on the Zapier Manager Integrations here : https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-manager/integrations but can’t see that I’m doing anything wrong. Thanks,Neil
