All, I was working for about two weeks to get all my actions done inside a zap and suddenly yesterday I Lost them all. I never published any step ( later I found I should’ve) I have checked history and rev but I cannot find my actions which I spent lots of hours developing…. I basically connected a second youtube account then I deleted the old one (this was used on one action) when I went back to my zaps then clicked edit drafts, all my actions were gone …. have I lost all my work?

Hey @Nima3431 👋

I’m so sorry to hear about losing all that work, I can only imagine how frustrating that must have been after spending weeks on it.

I saw you’d reached out to our Support team and solved it by remaking everything from scratch. Not an ideal solution, but I’m glad you were able to get it all rebuilt. Support had a suggestion on how avoid this happening again, so I wanted to share it here in case it’s helpful for anyone who runs into something similar:

As a best step going forward, we recommend creating and publishing drafts to help ensure changes are saved in a version. If the Zap is just for testing and doesn’t need to be active, you can always switch it off after publishing.

I know this doesn’t bring back the work you lost, but hopefully it helps prevent the same issue in the future - for you and for others in the Community. 🙏
