How to connect Mailchimp campaigns to Google Slides using Zapier

Question

Hello, I am trying to connect a Mailchimp campaign to Google Slides. I am hoping to extract the text created in Mailchimp can be imported in Slides.

So far I have been able to link both MC and Slides to Zapier. Zapier can see my MC campaign. In Slides I created a template with {{ }} items that can be selected in Zapier.

But the text created in MailChimp is nowhere to be found. I would think it should be in “content plain text”, but this field is empty. Maybe it is “hidden” somewhere in content html, although I don’t see my “LoremIpsum” text here either….

Is there a way to do this? I have been through this community and the internet, but cannot find any answers…

Hey @ishi1394,

Yeah, the text will be most probably in Content HTML if these are HTML campaigns and not plain text. If you click on more on the Content HTML, I think you would see your data. You may want to use a Formatter Zapier action or the AI by Zapier action if you want to extract your required field.
