Zapier wants to delete fields that is needed for this zap

This zap used to work.

it takes an calendar event and creates a task in notion.

There are fields Zapier used to me fill out but now it wants to delete them.

Get following error:

Failed to create a database item in Notion

The app returned "Could not find database with ID: 21744427-00a2-81d2-842a-000ba3c66fea. Make sure the relevant pages and databases are shared

I have checked and the page it is on is connected to Zapier.

Hi @Tazz

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • the Zap step error
  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible

@Tazz

Can you post more screenshots showing these:

  • the encountered Zap step error
  • how your Zap step is configured in EDIT mode in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible

Here you go:

@Tazz

Looks like you may be using an outdated version of the Notion Zap app integration, so make sure to update to the newest Notion Zap app version.

I think I did that many times.

What is the procedure in case I’m doing it wrong?

Thanks

I have done that nothing is working. :(

@Tazz

You can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hey @Tazz 👋

Just came across this and checked on the Support ticket which has been marked as solved. It looks like you were able to sort it by downloading a new database template and setting it up again with the necessary fields.

Perhaps there was some sort of disconnect between the database and the Zap causing it to not read the fields 🤔 Either way, really pleased it got sorted - great work on getting it working! 🎉

I’ll mark this reply as the best answer for now as this appears to have been the solution, but feel free to reach back out if that’s not the case or if anything else crops up.
