Mails not sending due to throttling on paid plan

Hi Forum, 

having issues with Zapier mail. Zaps that send Mails are throttled since yesterday and they don’t seem to run finish.

How can we keep them going?

Hey ​@Rene-D,

Even on the paid plan for Zapier there is a limit of 10 emails per hours for Email by Zapier step(see the limits here). You might be sending more than that that’s why you are being throttled. To keep this running, you can either keep it to run within those limits or using a different email app for sending the emails.

Hey, thanks for your reply.

👉 The mails are throttled for more than 24 hours in a paid plan. The cue doesn’t go on automatically. 

How can we fix this?
