Multi-checkbox options in Eventbrite are not mapping to properties in HubSpot and getting an error message.

Hello!Is anyone able to confirm if multi-checkbox options in Eventbrite can successfully map to properties in HubSpot? When I attempt this, I get the following error: validationMessages: - where_did_you_hear_about_us_: Social media | Local Event was not one of the allowed options: [label: "Newspaper"value: "Newspaper"The internal values in HubSpot match up exactly to what is displayed in Eventbrite so I have no idea why this wouldn’t work like what it does with everything else! From what I can see from the error, it appears as though multiple options are detected as one value ‘(Social media | Local Event)’ as an example

Translate by Zapier not working after a few days, original language detection not working either

Hello, After working for a few days, the Translate by Zapier module doesn't seem to work anymore (whereas it works perfectly well when I manually test my Zaps). Despite having tested 2 approaches: - Detect the original language and translate the texts (between 1000 & 1500 characters divided into three blocks) with Translate by Zapier.- Detect the original language with Translate by Zapier and then translate them directly via Google Sheet thanks to the =GOOGLETRANSLATE() function, as explained here: https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/daily-limit-exceeded-477I have the impression that this is a direct result of a "limitation" of the Translate by Zapier (even though I never received the "Daily Limit Exceeded" message). The module can't even detect the original language to enable the second approach to work...I'm stuck at this stage and at the end of my solutions.Thanks for your help!

Hi! Has anyone else had issues with the apollo.io Triggers? I am initiating off of a new contact and that does not seem to be starting my Zap. The documentation with Apollo is unclear what exactly counts as a new contact- is it saving the contact to a list or a different step. Thanks!KT

Interfaces ChatGPT Chatbot Not Working - stuck on "Awaiting response..."

The ChatGPT Chatbot element in interfaces was working 12 hours ago, but when I reopened it recently it stopped working.Whenever it attempts to generate an intial prompt or respond to a prompt, it loads for a second but stays stuck on “Awaiting response...” Is anyone else having this problem?

So if i change the # or the term and click continue and then i check it has restored the old data, i tried this about 20 times and it only kept the new data about 3 times, is this a bug? If i click refresh data, same thing

ChatGPT chat not loading on lesser Apple products when embedded in Squarespace via Zapier

So I have no programming experience, or at least I did not before starting this venture 1 or 2 months earlier, but with the help of ai, I have managed to build some things. I have learned more than I thought possible considering my complete lack of experience, however, I have used chatgpt to find solutions and it was this community it suggested as well. I do want to say I have learned a great deal over the last two months and if I can help anyone that has questions that I can handle feel free to ask. I am at the final stages of this site I built - ocean-view.ai - a real estate site - I have automated all social media using rss feeds and I have built a site that serves only ocean view listings. It also serves them live as they happen on all social media if you look. In addition it also hosts chatgpt 4. Test trigger only pulls in the same 3 events from 3 years ago.

Trying to pull client information from stripe payments so we can create automated invoices to quickbooks. Our test data doesn’t seem to be correct. We’ve recently changed e-commerce plateforme & the old data being pulled doesn’t work with our new data so once I publish the zap with the old data no zap is running since it’s not receiving the good info. I’ve tried multiple times, recreating the zap, turning it on & off. Nothing seems to work. Tried creating a new log in email on stripe to see if it would change something didn’t work.

Can I use sub-zaps to create a single flow for file and folder upload to Google Drive?

Before i go down a few hour rabbit hole - does any have experience creating sub zaps - specifically for a trigger event for a file & a folder upload to google drive?I have nice flow when i upload a file ( 18 steps ) and would like the same thing completed when uploading a folder to google drive without creating a separate flow. does sub-zap solve my issue here? thanks

Zap ignoring filter on Calendly integration

I’ve set up multiple zaps in the past integrating calendars and adding a filter in the steps. I have only recently discovered two of my Calendly integration zaps now ignore the filter I set. I have a filter set to only continue for a specific event type. when I run a test, all seems fine, however the zap fires for all events on the calendar, ignoring the condition to only go through for the event type I specified when setting up the zap. Looking for a solution. Can you help? I do not want to send emails to everyone, just for a specific event, so I need the filter to be active.

Hi! I used Zapier with an Google Workspace E-Mail name@domain.com Now this workspace account is deleted and I have no access. Since I loged in with my Google Account, I can not recover my password by using the pw recovery function and my e-email. The zapier account ist connected to my google account. I can not contact support since I can not login. What can I do?Thank you

Failed to create an updated subscriber in Klaviyo: The requested resource does not exist

I am sending out emails to existing potential leads with the aim of setting up Calendly appointments for a trial project. I want to add a custom property to these Klaviyo profiles when they set up a Calendly appointment.I have set up Zapier Klaviyo integration already. I have set up the Zap but at the last stage I am getting an error message as below.Failed to create an updated subscriber in KlaviyoThe requested resource does not existNot sure what I am doing wrong. I am using the update subscriber in Klaviyo action. I think the issue is I do not know what to put in the field called ‘Subscriber required’. Underneath this I have a statement saying no options available. My assumption is that I need to add a custom property at the bottom but it is the identifier section at the top I am struggling with. Any help appreciated!

The LeadConnector contact form not returning calls, are alternative options needed?

I’m part way through creating my zap and require leadconnector. I have messaged using their only option for connection - the contact form - and have been waiting for some time for a phone call. Has anyone dealt with them before? Am I likely to get a callback or do I need to find another option to Leadconnector? Leadconnetor is an integral part of my task today :-/

Squarespace form names show up as random numbers and letters in Pardot/Salesforce.

My form in squarespace has the name “Contact Page Form,” but in Pardot/Salesforce it shows up as a random selection of numbers and letters. When I test it in Zapier, it works fine and the form name pulls through. When I test it on the website and send a form through, the form name shows up as the random numbers and letters. Please help!

Zapier can't find my Hello Bar contact lists

Hi everyone! I was trying to connect my Hello bar sign up form to my Mailchimp Audience and tag those contacts. It was going really well until I got to the point where I had to select a Hello Bar contact list. There’s a dropdown menu but my contact lists aren’t showing up.I’ve already refreshed the page, made sure the right hello bar account was connected, and double checked that the audiences exist in Hello Bar. None of those things are the issue and none of them fixed the issue.Any ideas?

Zoho WorkDrive error: The app returned `{message":"Invalid Param found"} creates.upload_file.operation.perform with bundle

I wanted to collect the responses received as documents/ attachments in Zoho Survey and save them in a specified folder in Zoho Workdrive But I get this error message in the last step of the Zap. My requirement is whenever a response is received, I wanted a Zap to create a folder on the respondent's name and save the documents uploaded by the respondent in the folder created by the previous action.

My Zap "continue" button clicked, but I could not parse approve/cancel clicks.

I am currently struggling to set up an automation regarding an approve/decline path zap using the new Continue Zap Button Clicked step. There are a set of standard actions before the Continue Zap Button Clicked step, including creating the record on Zapier tables. I have 1 button column for the approval, with two options, 1 being ‘approve’ and the other ‘cancel’. However,, there doesn’t seem to be any viable way to parse whether the click was to ‘approve’ or whether the click was ‘cancel’ in the data outputs of the continue button action for the path filters to continue/terminate. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

I’m trying to duplicate all events in google cal (existing, future, created and invited ones)Such that the duplications start date is -14 hours beforeSo in the ZAP Action, under field named “Start Date & Time”I tried (according to instructions here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496307860109 )to use “`Start Time Pretty`-14h”but it just gives me the error:“”“The app returned "The specified time range is empty.".”””I tried to use “`Event Begins Pretty`-14h”and it duplicated successfully however it completely ignored the -14h part so the destination event remained on the same date instead of having it -14h before.How do I resolve this?

Failed to create a copy file in Google Drive: The app returned "Error 404 (Not Found)!!1"

My flow is this…put a file in Box (the trigger) Move or copy file to a folder in Google DriveAs there seems to be issues with moving files put into a shared drive with Google Drive, I thought we could approach this problem by putting the folders into Box first then have them moved to a Google Drive.I am using the file ID but this step does not recognize the file I get an error message; it seems fairly simple but I guess I was wrong!
