Hi! I usually always find response to my problems but this one is a tricky one it seems. My zap is a Google Drive - Find folder. I setup a step in my zap will all the required info, test it and it works. However, when triggered the step with Google Drive - find folder shows the error : “Fields with no value: drive”. When i go back to my zap, in setup action under Drive, my setup (My Drive) is gone. I’ve updated the zap 5-6 times but after each trigger the Fields with no value appears each time, seems like when I put “My Drive” it doesnt save. I’ve tried to put the Folder ID under custum setting of Drive but zapier doesnt recognize it. So what’s happening here, why is my drive setup always disappearing hence causing my zap to fail to work? thanks in advance!

Hello, I am trying to make it so I have daily scheduled reports from Dialpad Analytics to Slack in the form of a Screenshot. Here is the clicks to get to the Anaytics page in Dialpad: https://dialpad.com/login Login page (then bought to home page) https://dialpad.com/analytics/?stat_filter=calls Click Analytics (brought to analytics page) Scoll down Leaderboard is visible I also have the adavanced feature where it is supposed to log you in.I have tried using Getscreenshot and keep getting this error: “Failed to create an action in GetScreenshotThe app returned "The page you're trying to access seems to be offline or isn't reachable at this time. Verify the URL and try again.".Troubleshoot error”.I could also do this another way, but I am not sure how. Dialpad will send me an email with a LINK, that downloads and excel file. Maybe could do somting with that?
I am trying to create, what I thought, was a relatively simple integration from a Formstack submission to Salesforce. When the submission occurs, a new Account, 2 Contacts and a record for a custom object (related to one of the two Contacts) should be created. Each of these objects has ~6 custom fields that also need to be populated. Although the Zap notes that the integration was successful - all the records were created - not all of the fields on the records were populated as they were on the Formstack submission. How can I troubleshoot/fix this? All of the fields appear to be mapped correctly.

Hi,We are getting a strange error message on a GMail step in Zapier. Our client noticed that this seems to be affecting addresses on PST time I am not sure if there is any correlation but curious if anyone knows what this is and how to fix it?
I have a Zap where for each facebook lead a new contact is created in hubspot and saved in a specific list, the problem is that it does not work automatically and it is only transferred with the "Transfer existing data" option and it works... But I can't get it to do it automatically.
I am not sure what’s happened with this integration is used to be solid as a rock. Tonight I tried a simple “Find Product” search for a Product ID that’s a Variation. The result was “nothing found”. Search for the parent ID, that is fine. use the Variation ID and the Parent ID nothing found. I am not sure how such a simple function using an exact Product ID simply fails.
Hello everyone I’ve configured a Zapier integration with slack, triggered by new data in an google spreadsheet using the “Send Channel Message in Slack” action.If I configure in the slack channel “Settings” > “Posting permissions” > “You, and specific people” > Then I add the Zapier app, messages are no longer reaching slack. I’m not sure why this is the case as it was working before that. Since I’m adding the Zapier app to the channel permission I’d expect to be receiving the messages. Some other thingsSend as bot is set to Yes in Zapier The user in the action is mine which has admin permissions for that slack channel Could you help me troubleshoot why messages are not sent to slack? Hi guys, I’m new in Zapier. What I would like to do is to add a new contact in my Sendinblue account when I get a new lead in Swipepages. I tried different association between two, but no one of them works. Hello Zappers, I am currently trying to create a zap that triggers when I receive an email into a shared inbox on Outlook.The zap then sends the information to a slack channel. I tested on my Gmail and it worked perfectly. Is this because its a shared mailbox? Is there any solution?

I wrote a search step in my Zap to search the Trallo card by name, I passed name dynamically which I am getting from my other action step. It is unable to find the card on the board, however if I pass static name, it search the card properly.I verified the name which I am sending dynamically but it is also correct. I verified the spaces and formatting, everything is identical. Not sure why it is not able to find the card.Here is the mapping of name I am passing for the card name.Thanks in advance
Hi,I’ve setup a Zap to post a tweet on Twitter when there’s a new post on my Discord channel.However, the “Attachments” field seems not working in the setup → The post to Twitter would include the text content but the image attachments in the Discord post is not being sent to Twitter.I looked up the Q&A forum and found a couple of posts in the past - the answers mentioned that it’s been addressed with new capabilities. Hi Everyone, I was working on Salesforce Integration with Quickbooks. I’m Integrating Salesforce Opportunity Products with Quickbooks. I have Multiple Products on an Opportunity and when I was trying to create Invoice for this Products, I can see that there is only one Product Name getting on All the Products of Invoice Lines. Does anyone ever faced this Issue?

Hi,We do integration between ActiveCampagin(AC) and SuperOffce(SO).All works fine from SO → AC but when we turn the arrow SO ← AC,then SO is giving error code 504. Have tried different Search Criteria. It's the same when we try to create/update a contact/company into SO. Bonus info:SuperOffice does disconnect from Zapier a lot during a day. I’m building a Zap from Calendly to Google Sheets, with a few formatting options in between. In Calendly we have 3 event types for booking, and I thought I had my 3 paths set in my Zap to send different info from Calendly into Google Sheets based on event type. The Zap is running but I’m getting duplicate data. I have a hunch it has to do with the trigger event. I have 3 different sets of trigger data from Calendly based on 1, 2, or 3 person classes (my Calendly event types). The trouble is that my Zap only lets me pull from data in the trigger currently selected, meaning when a 1 person class is used as trigger data, my 2 and 3 person paths don’t work. After attending ZapConnect 2022 I’m excited to try paths and building more complicated Zaps, but I’m running into some issues. Thanks!
Hello, I’m trying to automate a system to insert email text and images into a Google Doc with Zapier. I can get it to import the text, but the images aren’t coming in correctly, it seems like I might need something to parse the email first, then insert it. If images are linked externally in the email (ie newsletters, email signatures) it works fine, but if it’s just an image that has been dragged into the email it doesn’t work. Any ideas I could try would be most appreciated thanks
I am trying to get transaction information FROM Stripe into Bloomerang.We need the last 4 digits of donors’ credit card, credit card type, and exp date. It seems that all the fields are set up properly - the Zap is going through, but the transaction information is not being imported.

Now nothing works.I have been creating opportunies based on Kajabi tag and sales – all good before now. I created new salesteam to Odoo called "markkinointi" and now Zapier says "markkinointi" sales team belongs to another company.I can't choose from Zapier which sales team gets the opportunity. Also opportunity name does not belong to company – no idea what this means.Any ideas? I’ve created a Zap with the purpose of tracking the time people on our team spend on individual tasks. The data is pulled from Monday.com when someone edits the time_tracking variable and a new row is added to a data sheet in Zoho analytics. The issue I’m having is that there will be duplicates of time made instead of updating the already existing time. I have tried to use “update row” instead, but it updates the entire column to all be the same task with the same time and just multiple version of it. Hello, I am creating a “new user onboarding” flow that takes data from a new form submission → google sheets → slack (for alert) → Freshdesk (for ticket) → then Asana (for template copy). I need Asana to do 3 things:Task #1 - Create a new project from template and name it with “[variableName] - Onboarding” (this works fine)Task #2 - Look up project “[variableName] - Onboarding” Task #3 - Add a new task to a specific section (section 1 i believe it is) and add comments to it. I am getting errors when trying to do task #3. I’m thinking it cannot successfully write to it. I tried both the name of the actual project and the GID. Any ideas? Thank you very much
