How to resolve duplicate entries in Notion when using Zapier with your CRM

Hey everyone,

 

I have an issue with a CRM on notion that I connected with Iclosed on Zapier. 

 

The potential contact trigger creates a new page on notion (as prospect) whenever someone partially fills out a form that I’ve created for them. 

 

The booking contact trigger creates a new page on notion (as lead) whenever someone completely fills out the form.

 

The (obvious) issue is that for someone to completely fill out the form, it has to be partially filled out, and therefore whenever I have a new lead, I also have a new prospect. How could I fix that ?

  3. Action: Filter
    1. Found = false
    2. Help: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/integrations#help
