Question

Image not imported to PDF file since SSL certificate was expired

We use Zapier to connect our WordPress and Salesforce systems. Through a Gravity Form on the website, an email is generated with a PDF file attached (through PDF Butler). For the past few days, the image in the PDF has not been loading. The URL is correctly loaded into Salesforce, but somehow the image cannot be imported in the PDF file.

This might be due to our SSL certificate having expired and then being renewed. The website was temporarily down during this process, and the issue seems to have started around that time.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Welcome to the Community, @ZHC! 🎉

I’ve not come across any other reports of this yet, so it may well be the changes to the SSL certificate that are causing issues. 🤔

I’d suggest checking out our Fix SSL certificate failures in Zaps guide to ensure that the renewed SSL certificate has been installed correctly. And it might also be worth reconnecting your Gravity Forms account in the Zap to see if that gets it correctly importing the image.

Looking forward to hearing how that goes!

Hi there, @ZHC 👋

Just wanted to check in to see if you were able to resolve this issue. Did the SSL guide or reconnecting your Gravity Forms account help? Or did you find a different solution?

Let me know if you’re still running into any trouble on this—I’d be happy to help!
