MailerLite: Emails isn't sending automatically from Google Doc survey responses

In order to add people to my email list on Mailer Lite, I created a Google Doc survey and asked them to enter their email address.  I have connected MailerLite to Zapier, but it doesn’t seem to automatically send emails when I tested the survey sent to sync.  Can anyone help me, or what am I not doing?  Thank you 😀

Hi @Geetz,

Welcome to the Community.

Your Zapier integration with MailerLite may be triggering incorrectly due to setup issues. To fix this, ensure the correct trigger is used—Google Forms ("New Form Response") or Google Sheets ("New Spreadsheet Row"). In MailerLite, confirm the action is set to "Add Subscriber to Group" and that the email field is correctly mapped. Check if double opt-in is enabled and verify that new contacts appear in MailerLite. Test the Zap manually, check for duplicates, and consider adding a delay or filter if needed. Finally, submit a new response, verify email mapping, and test email deliverability in MailerLite.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you!  The email field.  Do I put in my domain e mail?  I have not started a business because all I want to do is have a subscriber email list.  Is there anything else I need to do before I test?
