How did you get on with this—were you able to get it working?
If so, would you mind sharing some details of what the solution was? This would be really helpful for others that might be experiencing the same issue with Snov.io.
If it’s still not working, have you tested the Zap with other prospects in Snov.io to see if they don’t output an email address either? If you have and it’s consistently not outputting the email address then there may be a bug that’s affecting the Collect Emails action.
In which case I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here to have this investigated further. They’ll be able to submit a bug report to the developers of the Snov.io app so it can get fixed.
