I just need to know if this is possible. In Zendesk i have a custom field called process date. I have created a zap which searches for a ticket where the date has passed and adds a tag.This only does it for one ticket though how do I loop through every ticket that has a date in the past?
Can I convert a Lead on Salesforce to a Contact using Zapier?
I have a Zapier process that sends an email via Zoho CRM to our client’s customers asking them to add a review on either Trust Pilot or Google. I get the email insight from Zoho CRM to say they have ‘clicked’ a link then I record the date/time in the CRM. Then when the review is added, so far, the only data I can get in the review response is the client name (not too reliable if they have a fake username etc) and the date/time of when the review is added. Ideally it would be nice to be able send an id with the review request link or something for it to pass back with the review response. Any ideas on this or any other ideas for associating the specific review to a client in the CRM. FYI: Our current client doesn’t have a Trust Pilot paid subscription so we can’t access the api for his business account.
Hi, New to Zapier Interfaces and trying to build a lead funnel. What I’d like to do is:1). User goes to the page. 2). User has to submit a form entry FIRST (name, company, email, etc.)3). After user submits the form entry, the user is able to download a white paper.Can I build this in Zapier Interface?

Hi Zapier Community,I'm reaching out for some guidance on creating an automation that I've been struggling with. My goal is to integrate Nifty with Google Calendar in such a way that every time I create a new task in Nifty with a specific tag (let's say "Important"), it automatically creates an entry in my Google Calendar.Here's what I've tried so far:1. I set up a basic Zap with a trigger for "New Task in Nifty," but I couldn't figure out how to filter tasks by tags.2. I then attempted to use a Formatter by Zapier step to parse the task details, looking for a way to identify tasks with the "Important" tag, but I'm stuck on how to proceed from here.3. My action step to create a Google Calendar event is ready, but without the ability to filter tasks by the specific tag, it's not very useful as it stands.I'm reaching out to see if anyone has tackled a similar challenge or has any insights on:- How to effectively filter tasks by tags in Nifty before triggering the action to create a Goog

Hi Good day everyone! While i was constructing a code to create invoices based on variables such as having 1 to 6 multiple items that may vary with the input order, i faced a blockade of not being able to create a “flexible” item coding whereby if input order has 1 item, only 1 item will show and if input order has 6 items, 6 item will show without any extra spaces or additional string/numbers in the result. Could an expert please advise on how i may edit my code such that it is able to do a search on the input and find “line item group” inputs and listing them under invoice > items ? Is there any update on being able to connect multiple Vonage users through a single account? I found this old post saying it isn’t possible. This is kind of a nightmare since I need to manage 20+ user logins through a single Zapier account with no way to automate re-authorization. Tagging @Troy Tessalone since he provided the last update. Whilst trying to connect to Circleloop, I repeated get an error message from Zapier. Has anyone had this issue before? Is it an issue with Zapier or circleloop? Any ideas how to fix this?
I use the Trello add card chrome applet a lot, but when I try to create a Zap for “New card created” it does not fire for those cards (it does for cards added manually). I have the Zap configured to just look at the board and list I want it to and still not seeing those cards. I have even tried triggering on “new label added to card” (added via butler / Trello Automation - the new label automation in Trello DOES work for these cards) but still not seeing those cards. I let my zap run (both configurations) for a few days just to be sure, but still nothing. I started looking at the Trello automation to post to an endpoint (thinking of using Zapier webhook) and think I could go that route, but then I need to dig into the variables I need in the payload… seems like a lot of work and not sure if it will work.
I’ve got a Zapier interfaces project where ½ of the project needs to be open to the public and the other ½ needs to be behind a password. Is there a way to dictate which pages are behind a password and which are not? There is a form page that I have embedded into a website and if I password protect the project, it makes the form not work. Not sure if I can just split that into a separate project or if there is a better way.
I am trying to integrate Setmore with Square so that when an appointment is booked manually by myself, an invoice automatically goes out but it keeps coming up with “Error code: Error while retrieving: Providers not found” on the Setmore side, I have tried turning the zap on and off, deleting it and redoing it and also deleting the setmore app on the dashboard and re-connecting it. Any Ideas??

Hi, I’m just in the process of setting up a Zap to connect our Wix Contact Form to create a Task in Clickup, and I’m in the final stages of mapping all of the custom fields.I’m just having problems ensuring that the required format for the input telephone number matches the one required in Zapier/ClickUp.According to the Zapier setup the following format is required: The value must be a valid phone number with country code. Example: "+1 123 456 7890" (I’m assuming this is a ClickUp requirement?). The telephone number formatting on Wix is set to recognise any number input between 4-17 digits. I would like to keep this as it is so as not to over-complicate the process for the user (and there doesn’t seem to be a way to add a country code drop down menu to auto add this either, which is surprising).Ideally I would like to change Zapier/ClickUp to accept any number between 4-17 digits. I can’t seem to see a way to do this (perhaps this is a question for the ClickUp forum?). I guess the

Hey all! I’ll start with my end goal (because maybe there’s another way to get to my desired result than what I’m asking). Weekly, I want to push a list of “Opportunities with Products” where the term start date on the product is before the close date of the opportunity from SF → Google Sheets. It is easy enough to pull a report of them within Salesforce- but I can’t get the report to export as Zapier seems to only support finding records, not reports. Potential solutions I thought of but can’t figure out how to doHave Zapier find the report in SF and just push it to the sheet Have Zapier identify the records itself (hard because pertains to 2 objects not just one) and create rows in a sheetAny help is appreciated!
Hello, is it posible to embed zapier chat bot into Instagram Dms?
In my zapier integration built using zapier’s CLI, after a user connects their account successfully, the zap step does not display the newly connected account until after a user refresh of the page. Other integrations do not have this problem, so I’m wondering if there’s something more we need to do after the request to exchange an authorization code for an access token.
Hi, We are using Zapier integrated with Twilio to send out automated emails to clients on completion of one of our Typeforms. We had to create a new MS email account as we were apparently unable to use our own private hosted email address. Now MS are putting a hold on our email account because it looks like we are spamming by send out similar emails 20+ times per day. We are talking to MS about this which might work after we assure them that we are not spamming and that these are legitimate emails. However, ideally we would like to use our private hosted email address to send all emails through. Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks.
I am setting up a new zap. Over the weekend it took forever for the zap editor to add a new task. It would often crash or page became unresponsive. Anyone else experience this issue? What is going on?
Hello,I have been trying to make this work for a couple of days with no luck.I have three tabs importing information from Wordpress:Tab 1 ( Users ) - collect user registrations from WP Forms in Wordpress - User ID / Username / Name / Country / Company Name / VAT Number / Address Tab 2 ( Entries) - collects information when there is a new post in Wordpress - User ID / Post Name / Category / Author Name / Post Status Tab 3 ( Payments) - gets payment information through Stripe, when a user subscribes (allowing them to post) User ID / Payment Date / Amount / Country / Company Name / VAT Number / Address / Submitted / Reviewed / Published The flow is : Register > Payment > Submit entryNow , it comes the hard part: Cross information between the tabs when there is an update:Whenever there is a new payment in Tab 3 - Search for the same USER ID in Tab 1 (Users) and update fields Company Name, VAT Number and and Address in Tab 3 ( Payments) Whenever there is a new entry in Tab 2 (Entries)
