I just need to know if this is possible.
In Zendesk i have a custom field called process date.
I have created a zap which searches for a ticket where the date has passed and adds a tag.
This only does it for one ticket though how do I loop through every ticket that has a date in the past?

The Looping app can be used to handle 1+ records.
