Hi,

We are using Zapier integrated with Twilio to send out automated emails to clients on completion of one of our Typeforms. We had to create a new MS email account as we were apparently unable to use our own private hosted email address. Now MS are putting a hold on our email account because it looks like we are spamming by send out similar emails 20+ times per day. We are talking to MS about this which might work after we assure them that we are not spamming and that these are legitimate emails.

 

However, ideally we would like to use our private hosted email address to send all emails through. Does anybody know if this is possible?

If by privately hosted, you mean that your email address doesn’t use either the Exchange Online server or Microsoft Office 365 then it’s not possible to use the email address with Zapier, sorry about that!
