Trying to Create a Database Item and then rename a dropbox folder to include the Identifier

The Situation:So I have a Zap that creates a new database item when a folder is uploaded to dropbox One of the fields I have in my notion database creates an identifier for each meeting (Notion Database ID) I would like to use the “Rename file” option to rename the uploaded dropbox folder to have the Notion Database ID at the front of the Original Name. IE “MTNG-33_Uploaded Folder Name” The Problem:When I reference the Notion ID from within the Rename File (dropbox) step, it shows as not having any data i the Notion Meeting ID field Does anyone know what’s going wrong or how I can get around this?

Zapier & D365 Sales - Initiate Refund based on Custom Entity

I used a customer Action Button in Zapier.Where a custom record is created, it initiates a refund request. However, I am getting the following error:I thought it could be the connection; however, the API is working fine with requesting payments from customers, it’s just the refund aspect.Basically, when a custom entity is created in D365 Sales > Finds the payment based on a Payment Intent ID (the customers pay using Stripe’s checkout) > refund initiated.I’ve also tried the above method via the Charge ID and have had no luck. Any thoughts on where I could be going wrong?I’m very new to API’s and integrations (hence Zapier).

Hi Zapier Community,I’m having trouble with my Zapier Chatbot integration. Whenever I try to set up a "Chatbot Button Click" trigger, I get the error: "Unable to pull chatbot button clicks. Error code: Error while retrieving: Zapier Chatbots (1.0.0) has been deprecated and cannot be used anymore."I’ve tried removing and reconnecting the Zapier Chatbots app, creating a new Zap, and verifying all connections, but nothing seems to work. How do I map checkboxes between Gravity Forms and Beacon CRM

I am using Zapier to connect Gravity Forms to Beacon CRM. In Beacon I have a checkbox field with 4 options: Monday evening, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday dinner, Wednesday lunch. People can check one or more boxes. I have recreated this in Gravity Forms.When I’m mapping in Zapier I only get the option to add the 4 options, but when the form is submitted these options are automatically added to Beacon, even if they’re not checked - they seem to be mandatory data.Any help would be appreciated.

How do I set up time-based tasks with Paths in Zapier for Zoom Meetings/Webinars?

Here is what I’m trying to accomplish. Perform an based on each time period. If there are three tasks at 5 hours there is only 2 at three hours and 1 at one hour. The tasks are redundant. How would I achieve this with PathsExample5 Hours before - Task A → 3 hours before  → Task B → 1 hour before - > Task C Exit3 Hours before - Task B → 1 Hour before → Task C Exit1 Hours before - Task C .ExitIf the input time is based on a Zoom Meeting / Webinar  Id like these tasks performed before the Meeting / Webinar time. Also assuming no conditions are met does the zap just halts there indefinitely and wait till one is met?

How do I create a new row in a separate Smartsheet when an existing row is updated?

Hey! I have a Project intake sheet and when the status is updated to WON I want Zapeir to create a new task in our task tracker. Is it possible to filter the trigger/action to take place only when the value of a column is updated to a specific value, and if so how is that done, I don’t see how that is possible. How do I map the columns in the new row I I creating, can I input custom text in the new wow or do the column names need to align...meaning does nte new row being created need to have exact same names as the row I am monitoring for updates?I usually don’t have trouble figuring out how to create Zaps of this type but for thi sone it does not seem to be apparent. Thanks Stephen

How do I automate posting on multiple Facebook pages simultaneously for multiple clients?

I’m building some zaps for a group of clients where every client will be using the same Zap. In one of the zaps, I’d like to automate Facebook posting to multiple pages at the same time without having to manually add/delete a line item for each person as I acquire / lose customers. Is there a way to do this? Or any sort of workaround that performs something similar. I noticed that I can set “always on” in paths but that’s limited to 10 clients and still takes some manual set up each time. Thanks!

Each workspace contains a private channel named "Finance."Our objective is to achieve the following while ensuring that employees in different workspaces do not communicate directly with each other: Centralized Message Forwarding: Messages posted in the "Finance" channel of each workspace (A through J) should be automatically forwarded to the "Finance" channel in a single centralized workspace, Z. Bi-Directional Synchronization: Replies made in the "Finance" channel of workspace Z should be synchronized back to the original "Finance" channel in the respective workspace (A through J). How do I integrate two-way messaging into my ClickUp space, like Trello, for my home service business?

I have recently seen someone using what looked like a Trello board, but you could 2 way message people from there. For context this is for a home service business. It was like a central hub where all messages came into one place, and you could assign them to people. I'm using ring central right now and zapping text out when needed. You can never see the responses, but it would be sweet if there was a way to set this up. Just like the way you can email out from a task and see the responses to the email in the inside the task comments. It looked just like click up which I have been using for a few years now, so I am hoping I can find a solution to implement this into my click up space.I have look over this big blog post we put together of all the SMS options: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phoneBut didn't find anything there.

Sync a Google Sheet with WooCommerce, Google Ads and Meta Ads data.

Good evening.I have this requirement but do not know how to act.A suggestion would be very helpful please.I have a Google Sheet in which I now manually enter monthly WooCommerce sales data and monthly Adv costs from both Meta Ads and Google Ads (to quickly know what the difference is between site revenue and adv costs):1 - The two WooCommerce data that I am interested in are (accessible on WordPress via Analytics/Revenue menu):- monthly Net sales;- monthly Total sales.2 - of Google Ads data, I am interested in the monthly Total account Cost field;3 - of Meta Ads data, I am interested in the monthly Total Spent value.What I would like is for the Google Sheet file to automatically compile with these 4 values extrapolated from WooCommerce, Google Ads and Meta Ads.Do you have any ideas, please? How do I set up a Zap to find Ticketsource event customers and automatically register them for Zoom event ticket?

Hello, hope someone can help!I am running an event in Zoom Events that has 48 sessions.  I have created 48 different ticket types which only allow specific email addresses to access the session, but I need to find a way of exporting the customer email, first name and last name from Ticketsource, so I can pre-register them for the Zoom session(s) they’re attending. I’m trying to create the zap but the fields it exports from Ticketsource sales do not feature the customer email address or first / last name, so I can’t retrieve them to send them to Zoom. Can someone help???

How do I set up a Zap for ChatGPT to draft Gmail replies based on labels?

Hi, Bear with me, I’m a newbie here! I’m trying to set up a zap so ChatGPT drafts a reply to all emails into my Gmail inbox that have a label of "inbox" and do not have a label "boomerang-returned". When setting up the zap, I have selected “Conversation” as the action ChatGPT will be doing (as per advice from the bot) and under this, it is asking me to complete a required field called "user message". I have chatted to the bot and it has told me to put the content of the email here, but the content of each email is going to be different.Have I done something wrong? Or perhaps I am trying to set up a zap that does not exist?I have the pro ChatGPT account. I currently have a free Zapier account. I'm happy to upgrade it to a paid one if need be, but it hasn't told me I need to do that though.Any help very much appreciated. Thanks

How do I get the full response of a Zapier action as plain text?

This isn’t particular to a specific app but more about Zapier actions in general.Let’s say for example that I have a Clickup action in Zapier. It searches for a task by ID and also returns its subtasks. In another step, I want to pass that entire list of subtasks to an LLM. I need the full text output, even if it’s JSON or some other format (e.g. subtask, subtask ID, subtask name, etc all provided in one go). Example below:But the problem is I can’t reference the complete output in other actions. I can only reference specific fields of the response, e.g. only subtask names, or only subtask IDs. I can’t pass that to the LLM because the subtask names are not associated with the subtask IDs, whereas in a complete JSON/API response, they would be in arrays and objects so that the LLM could recognise and process the subtasks properly.Short of converting my Zapier action into its own custom webhook action, is there any other way to get the full response from a Zapier action?

I work with Calendly to register people for a bi weekly webinar. Sometimes, they register, but life happens and they fail to show up. I want to be able to automatically email these clients to reschedule, or get in contact with us. HI, I’ve create a ZaP beetween Google Form to Trello Card creatorAnd this process are really good. However, i’ve a problem for post an new Trello Card with the correct LABEL Color+Name. On Trello i’ve already pre-label with color and custom name, but when i create a new Card From Google Form with the same name for Label, the new card in Trello Show the name, but not the color. The color is alway = NONE and he create a new LABEL with the NAME in double. How i can use my pre-defined LABEL from Trello with Google form for the futur Card in Trello?
