Zoho Recruit and OpenAI Integration

I am looking for following workflow.

  1. New candidate record added to Zoho Recruit.
  2. Get resume from the step above
  3. Parse for experience and skills
  4. Pass the data from step 3 to OpenAI for fitment (qualified, un-qualified)
  5. update Zoho Recruit state for the cadidate from step 4.

Can I do the above workflow with Zapier.

You can automate your recruitment process in Zapier by setting up a workflow with Zoho Recruit. First, trigger the Zap when a new candidate is added. Then, retrieve and parse the resume using a third-party tool. You can send the parsed data to OpenAI via webhooks if you want AI analysis. Finally, update the candidate's status in Zoho Recruit based on the AI's response. This setup may need adjustments to fit your needs.
