Here's how you can do it:
Trigger App: Select the AI calling service you're using (e.g., Twilio, JustCall, OpenPhone, or a custom webhook).
Trigger Event: Choose an event like "Call Completed" or "New Call Transcript."
Connect your account: Authorize Zapier to access your AI calling service.
Test Trigger: Ensure the call data (name, email, phone, details) is being pulled correctly.
If the AI call provides a transcript, you can use Zapier Formatter or ChatGPT in Zapier to extract details like name, phone, and email.
Action App: Choose "Gmail" (or Outlook, SMTP, or another email service).
Action Event: Select "Send Email."
Customize Email:
To: Enter the recipient’s email (e.g., your team or CRM).
Subject: "New Client Inquiry from {{Name}}"
Body:
Name: {{Name}} Email: {{Email}} Phone: {{Phone Number}} Details: {{Call Summary}}
