How do I set Wrike task effort to match Microsoft Outlook meeting length through a Zap?

Hello,I’m trying to make a Zap that creates a task in Wrike when an Outlook meeting is created. But I also want the task in Wrike to have an Effort amount that matches the length of time of the Outlook meeting. This is so when the task shows up in the Resource Module, the appropriate amount of time is blocked off. Is this possible? I guess the workaround if not, would be to just go into the task and set it up, and I could do an automation in wrike to notify the assignee to do it when the task is created in that folder...

Create and Update Monday.com when change in made in Salesforce

This is the workflow I am trying to create between Salesforce and Monday.com but have been unable to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated: When a Salesforce Opportunity stage changes to “Contracting”, I want to create a new item in Monday.com with information from 3 different objects related to that Salesforce Opportunity. The information would come from: the Opportunity itself the Account the Opportunity sits on the Opportunity Product objects that sit within the Opportunity (right now, when I am selecting which fields I want synced over from Salesforce to Monday, I can only select fields from the Opportunity. It does not give me the option to select fields from the Account or the Opportunity Products. I need to include fields from all 3 objects) Next, when certain fields update in Salesforce (example, the opportunity stage), I want those fields to also update in Monday.com

How do I create an item in monday.com and update it with an email when a warm lead is identified in GoHighLevel?

Hello, so this is what the objective of my zap.Routing from GoHighLevel.Zap 1 : If a customer is a warm lead from gohigherlevel. It is zapped to my zapier, sending data to my Monday.com board, creating an item. And including basic customer information.Zap 2 Goal : When a customer sends their email on GoHigherLevel. I want it to zap back to monday.com again, find the customer information, and send it to the same item to fill out only the email column.  I don’t know if I should connect the zaps, or the best way to structure and complete it. I really need help here. Thanks! They are both connected via webhook from gohigherlevel.

How can I track the status of bulk-sent DocuSign envelopes in Microsoft Excel?

I am managing the sending out and tracking of around 8000 DocuSign envelopes. I have created a tracker in Excel with a column that will track against each client their envelope status - i.e signed, pending. What I wish to know is if Zapier will be able to manage “Bulk Sends”, as in will it track envelopes sent from DocuSign in a bulk send, or is it only compatible with individual sent envelopes? If this is possible, how would I go about building a Zap that does the above? Very new to Zapier so would appreciate your patience.

Retrieving WordPress post author email for EmailOctopus Add Tag action's email field.

Hi, I have a Wordpress website that allows users to submit blog posts. When they upload a post, it get’s uploaded as “ready to review” then I publish once I’ve reviewed it.I would like an email flow to trigger when I’ve published it to notify them that the post is now live.I’ve set up a automation in EmailOctopus that when a tag get’s added to an email, the flow triggers.My issue comes with the Zapier part, I am trying the Wordpress Zap “When Post is Updated” OR “When post is published” and the Action “Add tag to EmailOctopus” but in the Action it requires an email and the Trigger doesn’t seem to pull the email? It pulls it “author: but that just gives me their ID number.Is there a way to pull the email of a Wordpress post Author that I’m missing?

Hi,  when Integrating from Source App BrightHR to Salesforce, event options I see are like - when my leave request is approved, or when I have a leave request to approve. (See screenshot) If I want to integrate (automate leave flow from BrightHR) my BrightHR instance to Salesforce I am interested in any absense request not just in only my User’s absense record. Is it doable ? Is my user missing record access on Bright HR side ?

Compile multiple tracking numbers in Airtable or Google Sheets

Hello, we’re using a 3rd party shipping software (Shippo) to purchase shipping labels from Shopify orders. I have an integration between Shopify and Shippo where when a label is purchased, Shippo adds the tracking number to Shopify and a tracking number is auto emailed to the customer. Great, works perfectly. Where I need to expand on this is for orders where we are shipping more than 1 package for a single order. I’d like to automatically compile those tracking numbers into a row. I have a zap that is triggered each time a label is purchased in Shippo. My idea is that maybe each tracking number is sent to google sheets or airtable as a new cell (column) in a row, with column A in that row being the order number.  Zap 1: When order is created in Shopify, add a new row to google sheets with the order number populating column A. Zap 2:Shipping label is purchased in ShippoLookup row in google sheets by order number Update row in next available cell with tracking number from step 1? Can I create a color-coded weekly event list with better readability for social media for new Skedda bookings?

Good morning everyone, I am just starting on here so please forgive me if these come across as trivial questions.We currently use Skedda as our booking platform for our community centre.I would like to publish our weekly bookings onto a TV screen on the centre (I have linked Skedda to google calendar but they are all the same colour and bookings are over lapping as we have mulitple rooms being booked at the same time so it is really confusing)I would also create a weekly list of events so I can post this on social media. This would include the users date, time and contact details on a PDF or something else I havent thought about.Are both of these possible? I am hoping the community can help Thanks

How do I send a Slack alert when an email is received by a Google Collaboration Group?

I’m trying to set up a zap so that any email sent to a shared google alias (collaboration group) triggers an alert in Slack. It appears that I’m only able to connect my personal email and not the collaboration group. Is there a way to do this? I considered forwarding the emails from the collaboration group to my personal email, but I don’t want there to be a single threaded dependency on me (in case I ever depart the organization).

Combine Shopify Orders from Different Trigger but Same Customer

I am using click funnels and connecting to Shopify using Zapier. In click funnels, there is one main page and 2 upsell pages. So each page triggers the “New Successful Purchase” trigger in Zapier. Which means that it creates separate orders for the upsells and the main order. I would like to combine these orders into one in shopify.  There is no “update order” or “merge” order in Zapier for Shopify.

I am currently looking to use Zapier to find duplicate Deals in HubSpot.Our definition of a duplicate Deal is based on the domain property being a duplicate value.For example, in the original pipeline, there's a Deal with the domain property 'awoo'.When a new Deal is created, it requires typing a domain property.After the new Deal is created, I want Zapier to identify if this domain property duplicates any item in the pipeline.(and there might be multiple sets; I wish to have these multiple sets of duplicate domain property Deals outputted to a Slack channel or sent via email to the relevant personnel).So far, I've only managed to set the trigger for when a Deal is created and then use 'find deal in HubSpot' in hopes of identifying these duplicate Deals.However, it seems like I need to use a loop action to help extract other Deals, but I'm not sure about the details of how to set this up. I am seeking assistance from the community.Thank you.

How to set Lawmatics Stage and Practice Area fields in Zapier when there is no dedicated trigger for them?

Hello! I’m hoping someone may be able to help me with this. I’ve got a zap all setup where whenever Thing A is triggered, a new Lawmatics Matter is created. Inside Lawmatics, there are overarching ‘Stage’ and ‘Practice Area’ fields (not custom fields) that we use to further automate things through our pipeline. The problem seems to be that inside Zapier, there’s no way to set the ‘Stage’ or the ‘Practice Area’ fields. This seems like a glaring oversight if it’s not an option. Does anyone know of a way around this?

Hello,So from my understanding Email by Zapier and Email Parser by Zapier perform two different functions yet the instructions on the Zapier Help site for Email by Zapier show how to set up a parser account and not an email account.How do I set up my Email by Zapier account?See the attached screenshots.  The instructions on how to set up an Email by Zapier account are the same as setting up an Email Parser by Zapier account.Perhaps, this needs to be corrected. I even asked the Zapier virtual chat assistant and it responded with this:”””Email by Zapier and Email Parser by Zapier are different. Email Parser by Zapier is a tool that allows you to send emails to a custom "@robot.zapier.com" address and extract data from the email content based on templates you create. This is useful for extracting specific information from emails and using it as a trigger or input for other actions in your Zaps. Email by Zapier, on the other hand, is a tool for sending and receiving emails within your Zaps

Frame.io: Returning list of folder names

Hi,  I’m trying to create a workflow between Trello/Frame.io, in which projects created as cards are then mirrored in Frame.io with a set of pre-defined folders. So far I have successfully managed to do this, however I’ve ran into a problem where every time the card in Trello is moved out/in of a list, the folder structure then duplicates on Frame.io. So my solution to this is to create an extra filter step before the folder creation, that searches the assets in the current Frame.io project, returns their name/s, and only continues if it’s a new unique name. But this is where my luck has ended unfortunately. I’ve spent the last couple of days trying to figure this out, using the pre-defined zaps and also the new API extensions, but I just can’t get it to work. My logic process is as so: Trello card movement triggers the action Get Project info from Frame.io Search Project for Asset names Filter: If Asset name/s do not equal {Trello card name} then continue with folder creationMy main p

In my work I often have to use non-English news sources. I have found ways of making digest of social media posts and YouTube videos of certain topics to go through as well as translate them automatically using Zapier but have been unable to figure out how to do that with non-English news sites (primarily Chinese). Creating a Google Drive folder and setting up new file notifications

I have a zap that creates a new folder on a Google Drive shared drive each week.  Currently I am opening Zapier and updating another zap to set that new weekly folder as a trigger that sends me a slack notification when new files are uploaded.  Is there a way that I can automate that process so that when the folder is created it updates the notification zap to the new folder?  I tried storing the ID of the folder when it’s created and setting the notification zap to use the ID in storage but couldn’t find a way to do it.  Any ideas?

I have a Zap running to handle quotation request. User leaves email address and receives a specific quotation by mail. Is it possible to limit users to do only one quotation request per day?I figure there would need to be a filter that checks the date stamp and email address and compares this to the past 24 hours?Is this the right track and is such a thing possible?
