"fields list" trigger input

Hello,I need to allow a Zapier user to create a Zap that syncs entities containing custom fields between my platform and a CRM.It seems the best way to do that would be allowing the user to specify the field list on a trigger, using a form looking like this one :i.e. the user inputs multiple items, each having 3 properties :key ; label, which, as a last resort, could be auto-generated from the key property on my back-end, although it would reduce the user’s experience ; type, which needs to be a dropdown offering a few choices like string/integer/boolean/datetime ;How to do that ?The string input field with the allow multiples option would only allow specifying 1 property per item The dictionary input field would only allow specifying 2 properties per item and would not allow autocompleting the 3rd oneThanks

Zapier oauth2 "state" parameter error

We are unable to authenticate zapier using oauth2. While authenticating an error message in popup showing “The state parameters was provided but appears incorrect.”Currently we are generating a random number as ‘state’ parameter.Will zapier provide the state parameter ? Hello, We're trying to add async await functions to our scripts.I need help from developers.Is it possible to add async await functions to legacy web builder script, does it support?If not we tried to move our application from legacy web builder to zapier CLI and even if everything is remained same, we faced with an error. Is there a way to transfer existing app from web builder to CLI?

How can JSON results be obtained when computing the output fields?

I’m using zapier-cli to implement my own integration. In some particular triggers and actions, the field keys are dynamic and non-human-readable. Because of that, I’m using outputFields to provide friendly labels that map to those fields.However, when I trigger the outputFields call I have to use bundle.inputData meaning I need to re-execute what I did in the perform step again.Is it possible to have the JSON result obtained from the perform step available when I want to compute the outputFields? That way I can only add labels to what was responded from the previous step. For instance, I have a search/find action that looks like this:{...perform: actionService.searchChecklist,outputFields: [outputFieldsService.getOutputFields],...} So basically here I want getOutputFields to use what was returned by searchChecklist Thanks in advance!

Log Twilio SIP Call to Google Sheet and send to SIP Trunk FreePBX

Hi Zapier community! We configure our phone numbers in Twilio to handle Voice Calls with a SIP Trunk that goes to our FreePBX server in our office. My goal is to log all calls to a Google Sheet when they are completed. I have tried to set this up two ways: 1. Configure the Twilio number with: Webhook. Point the incoming call to a Google Apps Script to log the call, then return TwiML to forward the call to my cell phone. Api key auth returns 503

Hi everyone 👋I am trying to create a Zapier integration with my app, but I am stuck at the authentication part.I would like to create an API key auth. To test it, I used my testing endpoint that should always return 200 to any request – http://app.unicornplatform.com/api/v1/websites/ping/However, for some reason it returns 503 when I test it in Zapier.Can you please help me out with that? Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong here.Thanks!

Publishing app in zapier platform

Its related to this ticket -  We are going to release one more app into Zapier but as mentioned as earlier - now we registered these two mailId’s in our internal products to share the test credentials ```contact@zapier.com``` and partners@zapier.com . Can I get any Id other than these two.

Getting Error "We hit an error adding your new account"

I am going to publish zapier custom integration.Using API Authentication, I tried to setup my endpoint url to accept the api key generated by my backend.I have tested it on POSTMAN, and it was working well. But when I was trying to test authentication on zapier integration, it is displaying “We hit an error adding your new account in zapier” authentication failed: The app returned "503". Error when poan array of objects to a trigger

App Integration Empty Values

Hello,I'm new to Zapier and I'm trying to create an App. Everything is working fine for now, but I tried to connect with a different app to test my application (Elastic Email), while my action is running, {{bundle.inputData.subscriber_name}} data comes to the field I set null by default.Elastic Email variables like that; I choose title variable as subscriber name in my app; When I create new contact in Elastic Email account, my app save it like that; Subscriber Name is not required in my app, I’ve tried to enter empty data but it save Zapier’s variable as data. My subscriber name input setting like that; Whats wrong on my setup?Regards.

Error: JSON node Session cannot be found

Looking for a keen eye to see where I have gone wrong.  I  am trying to Post some JSON to the Facebook Marketing API using a custom Zap built in the UI.  When running this through Zapier, I get an error that the JSON node Session cannot be found.  However when I paste this exact JSON into the Facebook Graph Explorer is works perfectly. Search Action code to return a matching record versus an array of records

I’ve had good luck getting code tips from the brilliant people in this community so here goes.I’m building a Search Action for an app which has an API with only two GET endpoints, one that gets all records for an object and one that gets a record by ID. I want this Action to find and return the record that matches a field in the my trigger, and if not found, create a new record.Here’s my current API request, which returns all records for the object in an array.Rather than returning all the records, I’d like it to parse the results to find the record in which the field “fruit” matches an input field “fruit” that will contain value “banana” that will come from the trigger, and return only that record (or even just the id of that record since that is all I need in subsequent steps). If no matching record is found with banana as the fruit, I want it to return whatever result will then allow it to use the Create Action that I will have paired with this Search Action.

My Input gets converted into an array

I am in the Zapier platform trying to send a request. I have the text input field of bundle.inputData.caption that needs to sent what is input into that field. The problem is that if there is a “,” in the string it turns it into an array. If there is a ‘ in the string it messes everything up. Change domain on a Zapier connection

Hi,I am new to Zappier and I created a zap to test the connection between my site’s wooCommerce to my Airtable app. Now that I finish testing, I change the domain of my woo site, and need to update my zap with this new domain. Is there a way to do this without mapping, or generating webhooks, etc again? Cannot refresh default values of input fields

How do we view a JSON file that has been formatted from the payload we created in the UI?

Is it possible to see the JSON that is formatted from Payload that we create in the UI?  I have a fairly large amount of data I need to post to an API.  I am getting a success message when I run the test but I don’t have any indication of what the actual JSON looks like or if it is formatted properly.  I would like to be able to verify it.  It is a third party API so I don’t have visibility into it from their end.Thanks,Rhonda Bailey

What if hook result has more attributes than polling result?

Hello,I faced a problem during the Validate Integration step before publish hook-based triggers.I set perform_list api as guided for a hook-based trigger to pass the Validate Integration before publishing the trigger. This perform_list api returns latest data for the trigger. For example, [Lead Created] trigger’s perform_list api returns latest created lead data, and lead data contains custom_fields which are consist of sigle and also multiple values as below and every users(or workspace) has different custom_fields. Using Zapier platform, i created two triggers for two separate Zap, first one is working but another one is not working.

Can I build a zap action that takes in data and converts that data to a defined JSON schema?

I use software that allows edits to data objects via a JSON import function. It doesn't have an API for this import for various reasons that aren't changing for a while.I'd like to build a zapier action that can receive data from other tools and then reformat that data into our JSON data schema. Then I'd connect that action to a dropbox (or other cloud storage service) file download zap.This is possible to do with a dropbox write to a new txt file zap. That requires knowing how to carefully format a json file in the text editor and would be difficult for others so, I don't want to do that.Is it possible to build a Zap Action for my tool on the Zapier Dev Platform that does this? My plan would be to build this action and then share it with other people in my professional organization so they can hook up their own tools as well and I don't have to support each individual implementation.
