Oauth2 bundle authdata refresh_token failed

Hello,I searched for an answer before posting but I didnt found it.Im trying to use OAuth2 from my Zapier developer back office. The first request work well Access_token_request but the refresh_token request doesnt workIt seems the bundle.authData.refresh_token is not stored correctly.If I enter my refresh_token manually, it work well. ( the real refresh_token instead of bundle.authData.refresh_token) Our API return the tokens like thisSo the parameter is call “refresh_token” If i try in form mode, I have no {{bundle.authData proposition  Have you any idea ?

Delete unwanted new version of app integration?

Hi, I cloned my application to new version, but that is not needed now. and I am not able to delete it, It’s Private and have no user linked, but I am getting the error ‘Unable to delete version!’I can depreciate it even.Please help. Thanks.

When throttled requests are re-attempted, where does the re-attempt start from?

I am building a private integration that performs some complex API operations in a single Zapier Action.Due to the complexity (number of outbound API calls it has to perform), it is possible that during the Action, the private API will exceed its throttle limits and return an error to Zapier, initiating a ThrottledError.The Zapier docs tell us that:If a response receives a status code of 429 and is not caught, Zapier will re-attempt the operation after a delay.In this case, what is an “operation”? It would be great if that was the exact API call, deep inside the Action, that prompted the error, but I don’t see how Zapier would know how to get back to that exact point in the code to repeat it. So, does this mean that Zapier will restart the same Action from the beginning, with its original parameters? Or does the whole Zap repeat?Whichever way it does this, how do other people handle this to perhaps detect where the Action was up to, and avoid repeating any API calls that had already be

Api key and bearer token

Hi, I need to create a custom authorization, the first step is to request a Bearer token using an API key, and then use this token in the headers for all the requests, I’m using a session auth type, and everything is working fine, but the token needs to be refreshed, so, after some time the connection fails since the token is not valid anymore, how can I call a refresh of the token? Zapier API token validation

Hello, I am trying to create my first zapier app, I choose the authentication to be token based. When ever the end point returns any valid json on testing url the validation passes.How can I fail the validation if token is not valid? Do I return specific http status or there is some sort of json error I need to return, I could find any documentation

Google Sheet to Pirsonal app throwing error

I use Zapier to automate my video creation. So I retrieve data from google sheet and I send them to the Pirsonal application which generates videos based on the data of my google sheet.  However, when I finish my zap, I get this error :  error code: -32602 message: Invalid request param[1]: video.data expects type 'string' but got type 'object' for value: [object Object] By the way, the id of my video is : null. But I need that code.  Anyway, I don't know how to solve this problem. Did someone know how to solve this kind of problem ?

AppXYZ@1.0.0 could not be found

Hi everybody, I am having problem creating an oauth2 connection through the connection management screen (https://zapier.com/app/connections?page=0&search=&type=private) for the app I am building. When creating new Zaps to test my app, Oauth works perfectly fine, but if I try doing the same thing through connection management screen for the same app (same code, same backend, same flow), once the authentication window gets closed I receive the following error:Here is the partial output of zapier describe command: As you may have noticed, the application IDs are identical in the error message and the redirect URL above. I also confirm that I am redirecting to https://zapier.com/dashboard/auth/oauth/return/App131738CLIAPI/ on successful authentications.  I was wondering if it has anything to do with my application being private at the moment or there is something else that I might be missing? Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Can I build a zap action that takes in data and converts that data to a defined JSON schema?

I use software that allows edits to data objects via a JSON import function. It doesn't have an API for this import for various reasons that aren't changing for a while.I'd like to build a zapier action that can receive data from other tools and then reformat that data into our JSON data schema. Then I'd connect that action to a dropbox (or other cloud storage service) file download zap.This is possible to do with a dropbox write to a new txt file zap. That requires knowing how to carefully format a json file in the text editor and would be difficult for others so, I don't want to do that.Is it possible to build a Zap Action for my tool on the Zapier Dev Platform that does this? My plan would be to build this action and then share it with other people in my professional organization so they can hook up their own tools as well and I don't have to support each individual implementation.

How to get additional rows in a dynamic field that calls an odata query API?

Hello,I am building an action and I have a dynamic field that is calling an odata api. The api sends back a limited set of data, i.e., gets all the persons in the app in batches. Since this is understandably a huge dataset, the api only returns a subset of persons data at a time.Is there a way to continue querying the odata api for the next batch as the user scrolls down the dynamic field until all the persons are retrieved or the user stops scrolling?

How to create 2 different line item group and putting it together? Array within Array using Input Designer or Code Mode.

Hi All, Does anybody know how to put a line item group within a line item? Here is the sample of the code that I need to duplicate in Developer Zapier, items: [ { item_number: 2, item_name: 'Delivery1', quantity: 1, unit_of_measure: 'pieces', unit_price: 100, net_price: 100, tax_breakdown: [{regime: 'VAT', rate: 27, amount: 27}] } ] Line “tax_breakdown” has another array. In a nutshell within Input Designer, I would need to create an array within an array. Is this possible? Or is this confusing? Thank you and appreciate the help!

"We could not find a client" message On testing a unsubscribe trigger

 On sending the subscription request via postman, it returns the below response as expected. Now I want to setup the unsubscribe trigger in my Zapier intergration account but it is giving me the below message. Please advice. I got the following response on executing the webhook.{    "id": "e8940575-13ac-4d4f-9cb9-2e0ab6f6b256",    "request_id": "60005fd2-fa1b-455b-bc88-15bc7f7a00f0",    "attempt": "60005fd2-fa1b-455b-bc88-15bc7f7a00f0",    "status": "success"}I then used the “id” property from the above response as a parameter for the unsubscribe request like below. I then saved the API configuration and proceeded to the next step which is Test the API Request. On click of Test Trigger I got the below message. What does this indicate? Do I need to setup anything else in my Zapier Integration Account?  Can someone please adivce on how to fix this ? Thanks

Task limit reached while app under development

My app at the moment is under development and I am working at a few Zaps that will soon be made public (together with the app). The issue is that while developing those zaps I reached the limit of tasks I can activate. Is that correct? Or was there a setting I missed that would have allowed my under development tasks not to count?

How to Ignore D023 - ISO-8601 Date/Time Format and T003 - ISO-8601 Date/Time Format

Hi,We are about to promote our developer application to make it default for our customers. After running the validation I can see two warning D023 - ISO-8601 Date/Time Format and T003 - ISO-8601 Date/Time Format. I have 2 question here :- Can we promote our developer app to make default to our customers without fixing any warnings? If not, How can we ignore above both two error code ? since its very hard to change our datetime format in our sample/real data. Thanks

When I connect a new account, it's already logged in

Hi Zapier. I’m in the process of developing a Zapier integration, and have a small issue. Everytime I try to connect a new account (when building a test-zap) - I use this button “Connect a new account”: Then for a short period of time, this window appears: And if I’m already logged in, the window closes again!To fix this, I can create new accounts in Incognito window - but is it possilbe to set-up the oAuth flow so that it does auto-log in to the already connected account (so the button can work as intended)?

We are using Polling trigger to call our APIs . We want to capture the response at Zapier whether our response is successfully received by Zapier or not. How can we get  a success or failed message from Zapier to our app.

Grouping API input fields

Is there a way to somehow group input fields?My API has a lot of input fields, but only a few are really required, though to some users all might be important and I cannot exclude any of them. However, if I put everything in, the list of fields is really long and very difficult to read. It would be great if I could somehow group fields, or better yet, have an option to dynamically display fields. I know there are children fields, but not sure that this is the intended use-case - there are no line-items here, just a group of fields that fall into the came category. Also, I know there are dynamic fields as well, but I’m looking more of a show-hide option, where the fields have their default setting, and will be sent to the API, but won’t be shown to the user unless they click a button to show advanced options.

How can I add a New Trigger Event for someone else's app?

When creating a new Zap I wanted to know if there is a way to add a New/Different “Trigger Event” for an app called Lead Generated.  The Event is currently only “Create Lead” but I’d like to add other Event options such as Contacted, Left Message, Closed etc.I don’t personally own the app, so hopefully that does not forbid the option. Thank you!

How to set up trigger to run automatically

Hi all,I’ve created an integration and added a trigger using webhook, I also added subscribe and unsubscribe urls in order to have dynamic webhook. When I test the zap it’s working perfectly, and it is sending an email as expected, but I am not sure what should I do in my app to trigger this behaviour? (because it only works when I’m testing it in zap setup)Thanks in advance

Referencing a field in test API call through computed fields in trigger url

Hi,I want to reference a value available in response of Test Api call in my trigger url. I understand this can be done via computed field, and in the past I have used computed fields. I have created a computed field CurrentDivision in the Oauth2.0 “configure your Fields” section. In the Api test call, I added a field for my computed field because If you define computed fields in your integration, Zapier will check to make sure those fields exist when it runs the authentication test API call... but I get an error Zapier Error messagePlease let me know what I am doing wrong.Test API Call: Test API callResponse for this call: I have also followed the approach suggested here but it didn’t work for me. Webhook error "Got a non-object result in the array, expected only objects"

Hi,I’m creating a simple API (WebApi C#) and am attempting to create a Web Hook in Zapier. I’ve set this up and it’s testing okay in both the API set and Zapier Editor. However when I attempt to Trigger the event I’m getting the error below. I’ve tried directly posting via Postman to the Zapier endpoint that was subscribed with the same result. Issue with the client id necessary to embed Zapier on my website

The issue: On March the 31st the Client ID for the app I am developing has been issued. Zapier states it only takes 24h to be generated but we haven't received an answer yet. Is it because the app needs to be published first? Or did something go wrong and I am not aware of it?
