Triggers

When I select the stan.store integration the only options for triggers are for memberships or new customers.  I dont see the option of service or product as the trigger. Any advice?

One strategy that has really improved my automations is combining Filters with Paths instead of running multiple separate Zaps.Instead of creating 3–5 different Zaps for different outcomes, I now: Use a Filter early in the Zap to stop unnecessary runs Then use Paths to branch logic based on conditions (status, tags, values, etc.) This has helped me: Reduce task usage Keep workflows organized Troubleshoot faster Avoid duplicate automations Example: One trigger → Filter checks if data is valid → Paths decide what action to take (send email, update CRM, notify Slack, etc.).If you’re managing multiple similar Zaps, consolidating them this way can save time and make maintenance much easier.

Hi allWe have a custom built app/integration with a number of trigger endpoints in it.  One of our trigger endpoints is not being sent from the Zapier platform - the Platform UI has the header configured and the logs say it has been sent but our endpoint code is not receiving it for ONE trigger.  The test endpoint IS receiving the header so it does not appear to be an infrastructure issue our end.  I have checked our platform web server (Apache) and there is no explicit removal of this header happening.  Would love some input from you guys - hopefully its something dumb I am doing. Marcus

Hi! I’m building an integration for my app. For now, I have a trigger called “new_contact” that appears in the Zapier editor and can be tested properly. However, the new trigger called “new_member” is not showing up.I’ve tried reconnecting the app and the account, refreshing, logging out, and double-checking all the settings, but I can’t see any reason why this trigger isn’t appearing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so much!

When i test a trigger it creates a subscription. I can see in this post “That subscription should be garbage-collected within a few hours using the `performUnsubscribe`.” But i can’t see any other mention of this in the documentation. It also doesn’t seem to be happening while i have been testing today. In the bundle meta there’s also an isLoadingSample field that, if this run was initiated manually via the Zap Editor should be true but this is always coming through as false. How should i manage these? Am i missing something?

Hello,I have successfully configured authentication for my Zap using the endpoint /zapierSignup, and the authentication flow is working correctly. After that, I created a trigger intended to fire on new subscription events, which is configured to send a POST request to /newReviewTrigger. I then published the Zap, expecting the trigger to call the /newReviewTrigger endpoint whenever a new event occurs.However, after publishing, the Zap does not hit /newReviewTrigger as expected. Instead, it continues to call the authentication endpoint /zapierSignup. I have verified the trigger settings and webhook URLs, but the issue persists.Could you please help me understand why the trigger is not invoking the correct endpoint and advise on how to fix it?Thank you.

I currently use a CRM program called TAVE. When a client confirms a booking in TAVE, TAVE creates multiple invoices with different due dates. How to I zap across each of these invoices indivdually. Not just the order as a whole?

I receive two subscriptions for a Zapier REST Hook trigger:one subscription from the Zap editor, which sets up a test subscription while the user configures the Zap the second subscription appears when the Zap is actually activatedAnd then I don't receive unsubscribe requests for the test subscription.As a result, test subscriptions clutter up the subscription storage because they are not used and are not deleted even when Zap is deactivated.How to distinguish test subscription requests and how they can be cleaned later?

Each of them has a dynamic dropdown(input field) which references the results of a hidden trigger which gives an array output(as expected). The help I need - I want that this dropdown becomes multi select instead of single select. I have modified the trigger APIs that this selected list will be fed to, but i’m unable to achieve the above. Can somebody help me with this, as soon as possible?

Hello, has anyone used the “New Reply to message” trigger in the Microsoft teams app?I am hoping to capture all questions and their respective replies using Zapier. Is there any way to capture replies to any message posted in the channel - the trigger forces me to select a specific message for the replies, so it will only work on one message in the channel!Thanks for any help! 

I would like to create a workflow in Tidycal once the meeting is over and send a thank you email. Unfortunaly Zap is not programmed to send such email. Would it be possible to integrate the “after meeting” follow up?Thank youChiara

When I am using Razorpay payment as a trigger for the next event, Zapier is asking for only the Razorpay account ID. Now within this ID I am having a number of different payment pages for different payments. While I want to link only one particular Razorpay payment page in this particular zap. It seems Zapier will catch any payment made on any of the payment pages. How to resolve this issue. 

Hello guys. I did a landing page on Tally.so where the client have to sign a form I’ve created, and after that, an email arrive to him in outbound.To automatize that, I use Zapier.But on Zapier, when I connect “Email by Zapier” app, the only thing I don’t understand is the first form, so who’s the destinatary of this email? The destinatary the client that submitted on Tally, but there is no option to select that mail in general. Or maybe I don’t understand the words... How do I send the outbound emails to clients? 

My Zap using the Slack “New Reaction Added” trigger was working fine before May 7, but it suddenly stopped triggering after that. No changes were made. Can you check what went wrong? There were no changes made to our Slack workspace or account settings during that time. The Zap is still active, and the Slack connection is showing as properly connected in Zapier.Everything was working as expected before May 7, and then it just stopped triggering without any updates or modifications on our side.Could you please check from your end if there were any updates or issues affecting this trigger?

While I’m trying to create Trigger, trying to save API configuration, getting 409 error & after that getting internal server error. 

I’ve setup a dynamic dropdown for my integration, but when I pass an id to test with, I keep getting this error:Cannot reliably interpolate objects or arrays into a string. Variable `bundle.inputData.channel_id` is an Array

I'm trying to create a custom label from an API return. This return contains a key, the value I'd like as the custom label, and the value I'd like to display. I wanted to map it so that the key would be replaced by the value I would like from the label and also allow repetition of these labels.In this example I do the raw_answers mapping to passing the question id and the answer value. However, in the view I want to display the question and the answer, and the question can have the same label with different ids.

I built an API app that gets data via API and I can see the data records in the dev platform as JSON from Jamf Pro as despite several request I guess Zapier aren to going to build one anytime soonWhen I make a zap and try to poll I never get any records apart from three test records on setup as I guess the poll is not able to detect a change in data(?)Where and how do I add the detection of record changes, I want it to be a date fields in the JSON ?In the API app or somewhere else?

The game does have a category / page on twitch, and has been streamed many times over the last few years. However, when I search for it in the Configure part of the trigger, I do get a list that dynamically updates as I type, but the game I’m looking for is not found.Is there a reason for this, or a solution I can take?I’ve tried adding the game’s name as a “Custom Value” instead of “Static”, but it doesn’t seem to work.
