Can't find specific Google Sheet

Hi, new to Zapier here! I’ve created an account and starting my first Zap. I connected my Google account and I see a number of my Google worksheets in the dropdown list. But the particular worksheet I want to use is not appearing in the list, nor can I search it from the search bar (comes up with nothing found). What do I need to do in order for the worksheet to appear in the list? My ultimate goal is to create new Google Calendar events from time shift entries in my Google Sheet doc.

Hello. I have been trying to create a zap that triggers from the approval of our estimate in pandadoc, but I have been having some problems. I keep getting a tax code error and a business verification error. I have looked into the tips and have tried every tax option, but keep getting the same error message. I would really appreciate some help on how to get this set up.

Can a Zap be set to only trigger when a Airtable record is updated?

Hi,  I have a zap workflow for Airtable where the trigger is “New or Updated Record in Airtable”. The Airtable database is composed of customers’ information (names and other relevant information). The zap is triggered once a new entry is made/updated and sends an email to our staff notifying of this update. Currently, the workflow is as follows:One of our employees creates a new entry in Airtable with only the customer’s First and Last Name Airtable creates a form that we then sent to the customer to be filled out by them with the remaining information required The zap is triggered and sends us a notification email notifying of the creation of the record, creates a new folder in Google Drive and the relevant Google Doc. Our client fills in the form which updates their Airtable entry with the missing info The zap runs once again sending a notification email and creating a second Google Doc in the relevant folder with the missing information filled out.  What I am wondering is: We want

How to see the source of a HubSpot property change?

I quite frequently use the Hubspot deal property change trigger. In Hubspot when you change a property, it keeps a ledger of the property change. In Zapier, I can pull all deal properties, but I’d like to be able to filter based on who changed the deal property. If source is API, stop Zap. Does anyone have any advice on how you could get Source to become visible in zapier?

Why is my Gmail email text being automatically deleted?

Hello, I am trying to reply to some emails.The email reply contains text about loans, we are a finance company in Spain.Once I save the whole process the text with the email reply is deleted and I only get "Hello,".I just tried to insert another text from a tutorial and it doesn't delete it. Is there any filter that is deleting the content related to the loans? any solution?*This text can be misunderstood I am using DEEPL as a translator, thanks.

Is it possible to create order receipt in Salesforce using Sage Bank Module?

I have a customer that needs to integrate Salesforce with Sage Accounts 50, now my knowledge and expertise of Sage is limited but I’ve been able to get these requirements from the customerWeb Form is submitted for a course Course information including payment amount is sent to Salesforce (Opportunity record) and the payment into the Amount field They’d then like Salesforce to push that data into the Bank Module in Sage and create an “Order Receipt” with details from the Opportunity and the Payment AmountI’ve already attempted this myself but it seems that Sage is only capable of creating a Sales Invoice using the Zapier sync, could anyone advise on/if this can be done through Zapier?Many Thanks

Slack message text is stripped out after first special character

Hi! I’ve set up Notion → Slack notifications before, but I’m experiencing some issues with a new one I’m currently creating; for some reason any content after special characters are stripped in the Message Text field for Slack, which I need in order to format the message. Examples:New request: *Title of request*is being outputted as:New request: *Another example:Submitted by: @usernameis outputted as:Submitted by: @It’s the entire message that is stripped after the first instance of a special character, it seems.Do anyone have any idea of why this is happening, and any ideas on how to fix it? Have anyone experienced something similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Possible to use Facebook Catalog to advertise jobs?

A client of mine is in dire need of constantly recruiting for their quickly developing local SSC. I have suggested to them that we should connect their CRM system to Facebook in order to use the Catalog function and be able to advertise their jobs through Dynamic Ads. However, since then I have been unable to find any proof that this is actually doable, since Facebook Catalogue doesn’t have “jobs” in its selection of type of goods. Would this be possible to accomplish through Zapier somehow? If yes, then how would Zapier solve the issue of the insufficient variety of Facebook Catalog items/services types?

I tried a lot of variants to circumvent but nothing help.But now i can’t do nothing with this link - they are not opening. I downloaded responses right from the Typeform website - and all links are normal so it’s problem on Zapier’s side.How to fix this bug? How can i ger developer’s answer? Please help ASAP

I tried connecting my woocommerce powered website to Zapier but couldn't even after downloading the Zapier plugin. My free Zapier trial is still on, so, am I missing something? Or must I purchase the $59 Woocommerce Zapier addon before I can connect?

How to build Teachable and ActiveCampaign Zap?

Hello everybody!I'm using Teachable to sell courses and bundles, and Acrive Campaign as email marketing tool, and I would like to connect the two services.When a student enrolls in one of my courses or bundles, I'd like to add the relative tag in the respective contact of Active Campaign.Every course has a different tag, and the bundles have more than one tag.If there is no correspondance between the student email and the contacts in Active Campaign, the zap should send to me an email with some of the info of the student (name, email address, courses enrolled in).So, my questions are:Do you have any suggestions on how to build this zap? Does the Starter plan have the right features to do this, or it would be necessary an higher plan? How many tasks an automation like this would need?Thanks in advance for all the help Sergio

Shopify line items causing QuickBooks invoice errors

I have managed to create the a trigger to pull a paid sale from Shopify however I cannot get beyond setting up the action to ‘create invoice’ in QBO. I keep getting one error after another with respect to different line items. I’ve already spent a long time on this so I thought it would be a good time to reach out to the community to explore whether or not there is a tried and tested approach to setting up the action parameters quickly and efficiently? I am currently evaluating both Zapier and QBO. We already use Shopify - we need to find an accounts package to work with it.
