How to turn input text into True/False output

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with a specific questions. I use Unbounce for my landing pages, and I’ve created a field (radio button) for people to give consent for marketing communications. I now need to transfer that data into a true/false statement into Active Campaign and I’m not finding any info on how to convert that input into the proper output (true/false). Can someone help?

Try Formatter > Utilities > Lookup Table to transform the values to TRUE/FALSE.
