How do I view my Zoom cloud recordings on Google Drive without download issues?

Good day! I just wanna ask why cant I view my videos from zoom cloud recording on google after it gets upload it only shows me to download it. And, when I download it, it says its unsupported?  Can someone help me with this?

How do I move a newly modified file in Google Drive into an existing folder that has the same first 3-5 words?

I would like to make a sorting folder in my google drive. I have created a folder called “sorting folder” in my shared google drive. I have another folder called “Projects_Simply Tables” where we keep all of our folders with their corresponding project names. For example there is a project called “Eclipse Steakhouse”I would like to create a zap to automatically move any file I name inside “Sorting Folder” to it’s corresponding project folder. So let’s say I have an attachment from an email that has relevant information for the project called “Eclipse Steakhouse.” I would like to add the newly downloaded attachment to the “Sorting Folder” and then name it “Eclipse Steakhouse_other relevant file name info”Then I’d like Zapier to move the newly named file to the corresponding project folder called “Eclipse Steakhouse_75 Degree Design_Reimans Co._Feb 24”Is this possible? I started a zap for it but I couldn’t figure it out.

Hi Zapier Community,I'm working on automating content updates on my WordPress website using Zapier, and I could use some help with a specific use case.I want to dynamically update names and email addresses on a specific WordPress page. Desperate for help from the support and accounts teams

Team, I am absolutely perplexed at how I'm supposed to engage your Support team or escalate critically impacting issues. Since last week, I have been AVIDLY attempting to rectify a payment failure. I am completely reliant upon the response of your Billing team (of which I've only had one single response with no others to my requests for updates), and now that our subscription AND trial have ended, I can't even engage the Support team directly. I don't know why this isn't being handled with more urgency and efficiency on your end. Our bank advises that payment was accepted by Zapier and yet it has not been applied to our account. In the interim, we are in a FULL OUTAGE state since none of our Zaps nor our Premium integrations are working. And now, I can't even engage your support team via the bot as we've been moved to the Free offering.My next step is to move to Social Media and your Community Forum in an attempt to engage your teams. I just can't fathom how you consider this an accept

How to lookup and send a serial number from Google Sheets after a new sale?

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I'm trying to do the following.After a new sale, pick a serial number from a Google Sheet and send this serial number and the buyer as an email including that serial number.I'm stuck at “lookup value” .. I'm not able to choose the value which is serial number from Google Sheet.I have two columns in Google Sheet, serial numbers and used yes or no.  Can someone help me to do this setup? Basically, a new sale, pick a serial number from these, mark it as used, send this as an email to the customer.

How can I capture Framer form checkbox values properly in HubSpot using Zapier?

I'm having trouble capturing and displaying the values of selected checkboxes in a Framer form in Hubspot. I created webhooks and everything is working great except for the multiple selection (checkbox) field.When I check multiple options, I only see a string of 'on'. In this example, I only checked the odd number and as you can see from the Hubspot’s screenshot, I only see “ononon” But can’t get the values to work.Any idea how can I achieve this? It’s driving me crazy! Please, help!

How to check and add IDs to Storage by Zapier using multiple Zaps and Path?

Hello - I am running into issues with Storage by Zapier. I have zap1 that creates an ID, which I want to add to Storage. I have zap2 that will look up an ID and if that ID already exists in Storage, then zap2 will exit. If an ID does not exist, then zap2 will run and add the ID into Storage. For zap1, I am using Storage (Set Value) and for zap2, I am using Storage (Get List Value) - I think that will get an entire list of all existing IDs in storage …? And then using Path by Zapier to see if the ID is in the list. If not, then using Storage (Push Value onto List) to add the ID to the list. Either my Path is not working or I am not adding values onto Storage correctly because zap2 is currently always running even if the ID “should” already be stored. Can someone help? Is there a way to see all the values stored in Storage?

It contains a column with document numbers (reference numbers). I want the Zap to:Identify new document numbers: The Zap should check the Excel file daily and detect if new document numbers have been added. Check for duplicates in Trello: Before creating a new card in Trello, the Zap should search across all lists on a specific Trello board for the document number. If it already exists as a card, no new card should be created to avoid duplicates. Create Trello cards: If the document number doesn't already exist, the Zap should create a new card on the Trello board. Daily automation: The entire process should run automatically every day, without requiring manual intervention.Why I need this:I want to make sure only new document numbers get converted into Trello cards. Hi guys, I have connected Clickfunnels to Circle.so for digital products I am selling. I am struggling to figure out how to create triggers so that only the purchased digital products through clickfunnels will unlock the spaces in Circle and unpurchased spaces remain locked on the Circle platform. In WooCommerce I have two variation attributes for each product; Sizes and Brand.Using Zapier I want to extract the data for the variations so I can use them in my automated flow. I have multiple pipelines and want to create a unique integration once any deal is closed won from any one of the 5 pipelines I have. Example 1.Systems Consulting Deal is Closed Won.Check what pipeline it is in (Systems Consulting)Send Slack message saying “Systems Consulting team, you did it...”Example 2.Managed IT deal is closed won.Check what pipeline it is in, (Managed it)Send unique Managed IT slack message to Signed deals channel. Splitting ChatGPT conversation output doesn't work with parentheses

Hey All,I’ve been running into this issue for months now and just can’t seem to fix it, it keeps popping up. It’s very frustrating because it makes the output of my zaps unreliable.I use ChatGPT to extract information from a webpage. By formatting the “Output” like this, it will create two output blocks. Whenever I try to split outputs from a ChatGPT Conversation block, it works very well like shown below -except- when the output has parentheses. Due to the parentheses, the output will cut off. The actual output of the subheadline should say this:Trip planning made easy and (almost) as fun as travelling itself!However, due to the parenthesis this becomes the output:Trip planning made easy and (almost Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

How to dynamically remove a tag in ConvertKit when a member cancels in Mighty Networks?

Hi - I have a Zap set up to remove a tag of an email found in my ConvertKit if a person cancels their membership to a community in Mighty Networks. So, my ideal scenario is to have the person cancel in Mighty Networks and Zapier simply removes a specific tag off their email in ConvertKit. However, as seen in the screenshot (in red), Zapier has a generic email address set for ‘Subscriber Email’ - is this just a placeholder or will Zapier only function if a person with that exact email address cancels? Obviously, if this is not just a placeholder, this renders the whole sequence useless considering many people will have different email addresses, so I need this to be dynamic. Thank you, Nic

We received an email regarding changes on webflow integration.  After updating the connected app which meant a new authorization (that did not work multiple times), I find that the forms and its fields are not populating correctly.If it helps, it is hard to identify the form names too. And so I am not able to map the fields correctly.  How do we fix this?

How to use Webhook to connect Bland AI call automation to Google Sheet data?

My goal is to get data from a google worksheet such as first name, last name, address, phone number into Bland AI so that it can use that information to make automated calls on my behalf. Linking Google sheets data within Zapier seems to be working find but when it comes to creating a Webhook I am running into trouble where it’s asking me for a URL (first screenshot) when I need this Webhook to generate a URL for me to be able to enter it into Bland AI to make the connection (second screenshot). Does anyone have advice on how to solve or is able to share a similar workbook that I could use as a template, thank you!

Hello, community.I have a project and need your help to find out if it is possible to make it work here on the Zapier platform.The idea is as follows: I have seen that it is possible to integrate Typeform with ChatGPT. The idea is to prepare a prompt so that as soon as the form is filled out and the information is sent, ChatGPT creates a document. Once the document is created, an email is sent to the user, and they can easily download the generated document, but they would have to make a payment for the download since the creation of this document may not always happen, depending on the answers entered in the form. Is it possible to create an integration: Typeform – ChatGPT – Document Creation – Document Sending – Payment Collection?Thank you all for your attention.

WPforms app action event and wpforms metadata

Hi!My zap uploads a submitted image collected by the wpform to an s3 bucket and the info submitted to my rds db.  I want to insert a wpforms zap where the action event is to grab the rest of the metadata that wpforms is collecting (that isn’t part of the form) like geolocation and time/date, and include that in the information that gets uploaded.  I don’t seem to see an option for that.  Is there a simple ZAP way to do it that doesn’t involve an API?Thanks,Paul
