Hi I encountered an error with my Zapier Chatbot. May I know what I need to do to fix this? 

500 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')

Sorry for the delay in coming across this and about that error you were running into. Sparsh is correct, the “500 Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')” error was caused by that recent incident. It’s since been fixed and normal service has been restored. 🎉
