monday.com error: failed to fetch a column value changed event
I am trying to set up a trigger for when a specific column value changed in board in monday.com but it is skipping the set up trigger section and going from “choose account” to “test trigger”. There isn’t a spot for me to select which board and which column I want to use as the trigger. How do I get the section to set up the trigger??

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi,I’ve iterated a lot of things before posting so I can assure you it has became a nightmare !I have a “Find Many spreadsheet rows” action that produces multiple results. Those results must be processed individually through a number of actions so I used the “Looping” action by Zapier.However, when processing the final step (ie Sending an email), it doesn’t “split” each row’s result into a separate email even though it sends the proper amount of emails (Loop iteration is correct)Please find below my setup of the looping action.The email is sent twice with all the above data inside. I’ve tried Line Itemizer Utilities before the loop, after the loop it doesn’t change anything. Zapier doesn’t take each row individually.Thank you for your help !Best, Y
How can I send a personalized email from HubSpot when a customer pays through PayPal?
Hiya!A client wants to sell a course online. They have HubSpot, but not the Marketing subscription (still a paid version) and don't have 'Workflows', so I'm trying to work around this.The sequence briefly is:Folks click a PayPal button to pay for the course PayPal sends them a receipt Their details are automatically captured in HubSpot This triggers a separate email to the purchaser from HubSpot (this will have a personalise message, with a link to a Welcome page on the website etc).What I can't work out from the Zap is whether or not the PayPal trigger to HubSpot will send that personalised email out of HubSpot. ClickFunnels "New Contact" not triggering
Hi!I am facing a problem where the zap that I built is not triggering. The zap’s trigger is Clickfunnels where it has to trigger when there is a new contact and the action would be creating a new spreadsheet row in google sheets. I have checked the clickfunnels and it is creating the contact but it is not triggering the zap. Do you know a way around this problem?
How to sync completed tasks between Google Tasks and Microsoft ToDo
Hi, I use Google Tasks as my main actions list. However some actions also come in via Microsoft ToDo. So I created successfully a zap that creates a new entry in Google Tasks, when an entry is created in Microsoft ToDo.So far so good. Now I would like to delete or at least complete the actions in Microsoft ToDo once they are marked as completed in Google Tasks. How do I set up the zap? I am stucked because during setting up the zap I am asked to select a specific task. But this seems not suitable as I want it as a general rule. The tasks have the same title in both apps so it should work somehow, but I do not now how. I would appreciate your help! Best regardsMichaela
Facebook leads are not automatically inserted into Salesforce
Hello very good, I need help, I have a zap made between facebook leads. and salesforce, if I test the zap, it works correctly, if I transfer the zap (bulk mode) also works. But the problem I have is that when a facebook lead enters is not automatically inserted into salesforce (the zap is on).What could be happening?
How can I conditionally create two variables based on the user name and then pass those variables to another app?
I have a zap that is passed the 'user' name by the trigger but not the user email or mobile that I need for the second app. I'd like to be able to conditionally create two variables based on the user name and pass the newly.created variables to second app. If user equals "x" then user_email equals "email" and user_mobile equals 'mobile number', if user equals 'y' then....and so on. Then pass those two variables names and results to second app. I've tried the python module but can't seem to get it to work. Tried the spreadsheet module but can't seem to get it to work. Any way to do this? Thanks in advance.
Can you end a path with "do nothing"?
Is it possible to end a path with “do nothing”? I want a zap to find a file, if it exists, do nothing. If it doesn’t exist, copy a file from another google file (to essentially create it).I don’t think ”find or create” would work, because I want it copied, not created.Appreciate any advice.

Trying to integrate Zapier into my Google Forms & Sheets for the first time ever.The main goal: build a google form for swag requests from colleagues, then whatever amount of swag was requested we want our google sheet (inventory) to reflect the subtraction. Below i’ve attached my google sheet, and a picture of my 2nd step form.I’m experiencing 404 errors in the process of linking. Is it my sheet? What am i doing wrong?
Traction Tools Doesn't Pull Correct Info
I am trying to Create a Simple Zap from tractions tools as the trigger. Everything seems to be linked correctly but when I test it, a To-Do gets pulled that isn’t a real To do in Traction tools and it doesn't seem any of my actual To Do s. Anyone else having this issue or is the Traction Tools Best just not working?

Slack + Clickup + Zapier integration - sending notifications to specific user
Hi everyone!First of all, what have I done so far: I created a Workflow in Slack; every user's submission is being automatically send to Clickup and create a task - it works. When the task is completed, the message is being created and automatically send to the specific channel with information “HEY! YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN COMPLETED, CHECK IT!” And it actually works perfectly, but I’d like to change the specific channel from the second step to the direct message to person, who had submitted that form and, actually, “created” the task in Clickup, or Bot created a task in behalf of person who’d submitted.And there’s an option to do that, but only thing I can do is either choose a specific user from the list imported from Slack, or include user id/e-mail from Clickup, and I've checked there’s name and surname, e-mail address but when I choose it, I'm getting an error, probably it must be USER ID that’s looks like:U03QWERTY7Any ideas how to set it?

Hello,I’ve been using a Zapier between - Email received with an attachments → Create Presentation From Template in Google SlidesI would like to change an image in my Google Slide presentation with the attachment of the email I receive.It is working, my only issue is that the picture that populate in the Slide is reaally tiny, and I don’t know where to set the image size, to make it bigger.
