Hi 

I'm facing an issue with integrating Paddle Billing to send automatic emails containing a file download link after a payment is completed. The problem is that when I set up notification webhooks and enable all possible events, Zapier still don't receive the customer ID , which I need to associate the email with the correct recipient. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this or a suggestion for a solution?

If your Paddle Billing integration isn't passing the customer ID through webhook data, confirm that the customer ID is included in Paddle's webhook setup. Check how the data is parsed if it's included but not visible in Zapier. If the issue persists, contact Paddle's support for assistance. Alternatively, if it's available in the webhook data, you could use another unique identifier, like an email address.
