Hi, I’m trying to create a Zap so that whenever a new record is added to our Zoho Creator database called Bookings a new or updated record is also sent to Google Calendar. During the Zap setup it connects with the Zoho account correctly but when I test the connection it brings up an error message. “Unable to pull records Please reload the page. I also have an alternate database called Xero which is a duplicate of Bookings and I can connect to this and the test completes perfectly. Not sure where I’m going wrong and there is no history to look back on. Cheers Rob

To troubleshoot issues setting up a Zap with Zoho Creator and Google Calendar, ensure Zapier has the necessary permissions to access your Zoho Creator 'Bookings' database via the API settings. Reconnect your Zoho Creator account in Zapier, and verify that the 'Bookings' database has no structural or data-related issues, as the problem may be specific to that database.

 

If issues persist, provide details about your setup, including versions and plugins, and obscure sensitive information for security purposes.
