Hey anyone. I’m trying an automation to receive a whatsapp notification each time a response is made on my website. It worked a couple times and then I stopped receving WhatsApp notifications whatsoever. 

 

Anyone facing the same issue?

Messages are marked as sent but I never receive them

Things to check:


Does this only work with business accounts? My Zapiers show success and the history looks fine, but nothing is arriving on WhatsApp.


I tried with a business account and with a personal account. Both the same results: the tests work fine but when activating the zap nothing arrives to any account and success history is shown as well.

The worst part is that Zapier sent me an email saying, 'You're almost out of tasks,' but I haven't received any tasks!

Zap Run actions that are successful count as Tasks.

But, delivery of the message could be a separate issue outside of the Zap step performing the action.


Does it work only with business accounts…?
