Hi, I’m making a Zap wherein input is taken from a user on a softr website. This is passed into an Airtable, which is then passes as a prompt into the OpenAI integration for generating an image using Dall E. The returned value from this Zap is a URL. I wish to now retrieve the image to which the URL has been returned by OpenAI’s Zap. I’m running a GET request using Webhook, but getting an error (attached ss). Can anyone help me with this? It would be great to integrate Google My Business chat into Zapier. Right now, users can turn on customer chat on Google My Business. It would be great to have a trigger set to alert when we get a message via chat on Google My Business so we can respond automatically.
I was trying to implement my notion workspace with google agenda, however, the field “Due” or “Date” does not load it’s content, even when it’s not blank! Let me show you an example: (the tasks are in portuguese because it’s my native language) As you can see, some itens have a Due value set, and some don’t have it. Meanwhile: None of my data is carrying the Due value, even when there’s one!So my question is: why so?
I need help with getting past the test part on the zoom part of my zap. I’m having a Stripe to Zoom error. The stripe “checkout session completed” action is working fine. But when in zoom after entering the info I keep getting:Required field "Email" (email) is missing. Required field "First Name" (first_name) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (last_name) is missing.Any tips?
Hello guys I recently created a landing page on Carrd.co and I wanted to see if I could use Zapier to send all that information from the landing page form to a Google sheet so I can kinda create a CRM system, I know the Carrd support says it can be done using a webhook however I don't see a tutorial or anything like that Thanks I'll really appreciate the help !
Zap not triggering for self-created WooCommerce products, only triggers for products created by another Zap
Hi there, I am into a strange situation.If I create a new product in Woocommerce the my Zap (For event New product) is not triggering but if the new product is being created by another Zap (to action Add new product) then the above new product zap is triggering.Can you please help me what might be the cause? I am trying to send a Gravity Form attachment (company logo) to Airtable using Zapier. I have done this in the past and always worked like a charm. Now, the trigger Form Submissions in Gravity Forms shows a file url similar to this: http:\/\/website.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/gravity_forms\/18-220ddb75af3f9e82acff2bdb98227e40\/2023\/04\/filename.jpg Can anyone explain why the url has the added backward slashes \\ ? I tried adding a step uploading the file to Google Drive, but this results in a txt file being created with the faulty url as its contents. Your help is appreciated!
Formatter output as line items is fine but i cant map some additonal items which may come in other scenario
I have a scenario where i need to split a input into seperate field so i used Formatter » utilities » lineitem to text and output came out fine which i want to import into a spread sheet. In the test scenario i got 2 output (two items) and i can map them in the google sheet where as in some scenarios i may get upto 5 outputs how to map them (in the dropdown it shows only 2 ). Like what am asking is if the input has more line items means it should be mapped right in spread sheet right? but there is no option. Pls help me how to do it
This is what I do:I have a very simple 2-shift roster as a google calendar that I share via a public link with my team. Available shifts are called “FREE SHIFT”. Staff can look up free shifts and email me if they want to work. I will then rename the calendar event from “FREE SHIFT” to “Tom Smith”.This is what I want to do:I would like to populate a google doc or sheet with the free shifts so that I can share the link to that document periodically (eg at the start of each month)Every time a shift is changed (eg from FREE SHIFT to “Tom Smith” I want this document to update so that the free shift that Tom has now filled is no longer listed.Looking forward to your ideas
Here is what I currently do:I run education courses and receive feedback from learners by filling out a GoogleForm at the end of a course.Google form dumps the data into a spreadsheet. I use the same form for all of my courses (same course but on different dates)The spreadsheet has a timestamp in column1 (the date the feedback is added) and then feedback items as wells free text in the subsequent columns.This is what I want to do:I would like to create a zap that is triggered the day after the course (I think I know how to do that part) and then extracts the rows form the feedback sheet where [timestamp = coursedate] and dumps that into either a new spreadsheet (eg Feedback Course XYZ 20230423)That way I would have the feedback from one course separated from ALL feedback and can use it for further automation.What I ultimately want to achieve is automatically generating a ‘feedback report’ that is sent to the course faculty.
in my work my clients book appointment to in my google drive calendar. and I am sending files to my editor for editing.i want to set up and Zapier that creates a folder in a google shared drive when the apointment begins. the issue I have is with the delay I do not understand what I am doing wrong

Or is there any way, how to solve the problem?The scenario is this:Trigger > OneNote > New Note in Section - only not grouped sections are visible. All sections (even in groups) should be visible in values.2nd connected app is TickTick if it matters.
Trello zap not functioning correctly when trying to use add attachments option, but ONLY when using the find card option. Currently have trello mapped as; Docusign Envelope completed - Step 2, Locate card based on first and last name data from docusign (Step 2 success, card located) Step 3, add completed docusign from step 1, to trello as attachment. When doing this, it returns the following message. This message disappears if I use the add comment option. It seems to be exclusively an issue with identifying the card, but only when an attachment is associated with it. Comments, checklists, etc all function fine. Does anyone know a workaround with this, or is this a trello side error that needs to be corrected? I ran in to this same issue with JotForm to Trello, so it is not a docusign issue. I found a workaround for Jotform, but if this underlying trello issue can be resolved, my company workflow would substantially improve.
Forget the title for a moment. I’ll describe my goals instead of what I think is my solution. I own a courier service that delivers various things (flowers, medicine, restaurant food etc). I want to give my clients email updates on delivery progress for the sake of good communication as well as for transparency on delivery timing performance. However, based on which type of client/ product, I want the updates to be triggered at different stages of the route and, ideally, to say different things. For example, when we are picking up a food delivery, I want the restaurant notified when driver is eg. 7 minutes from arriving for pick up (some temperature sensitive food items aren’t cooked until the last minute). On the other hand, a florist doesn’t need an update for “almost there for pick up”. It has no value to them. Hello Zapier Community,I am facing an issue with the Zapier integration between ClickUp and Google Sheets. I have set up the integration to transfer data from a table in ClickUp to a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. However, I am having trouble transferring data from custom fields in ClickUp, as they are being transferred as numbers instead of text.For example, one of my custom fields is "Client", and in one of the rows in the ClickUp table, the value of this field is "Client X". When the integration runs, the value sent to the Google Sheets spreadsheet is "19", instead of "Client X".I have checked the integration configuration in Zapier and verified that I am correctly mapping the custom field to the corresponding column in the Google Sheets spreadsheet. However, it seems that Zapier is sending the value of a custom field ID from ClickUp, instead of the value of the custom field itself.I would like to know if anyone has faced a similar issue and if there is any solution to this problem.
Good morning, I created a basic Jotform tool that helps to pulls one’s identity and values to create a purpose statement. I was able to connect Jotform to ChatGPT to create a purpose statement (from the user’s answers from the Jotform) with the result displaying in a Google Sheet. However, I’d like to pull that purpose statement from the Google Sheet back into the last slide of the Jotform questionnaire > https://form.jotform.com/231023013871139I was trying to find an answer online. I saw someone created two Zaps: “POST” and “Receive JSON - Catch.”If I’m on the right track, I would assume you’d copy the URL from the “Receive JSON - Catch” (using a “Catch Hook” event) zap to paste it into “POST?”I’ve completely confused myself 😅Thank you!

Hi amazing people! I’m trying to connect GoHighLevel (Lead Connector) with Paid Membership Pro on Wordpress. GHL is the trigger, so when someone buys the product in GHL, I want people to get access on Paid Membership Pro. Everything is setup correctly, but I get the following error: Failed to create a membership level change in Paid Memberships ProThe app returned "Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.".Is it a problem with permissions? I want to upload a PDF file that is stored in Salesforce to Sharefile, and then create a Sharefile link for the uploaded file. While I am aware that I can use the Share button in Sharefile to share the PDF, I would like to automate this process. Is there a workaround, such as using code, via Zapier or Python?

Hi there,I am trying to create a zap that gathers extra information via gongs apis when a new gong call is recorded. I use the gong trigger to wait for a new call, then when triggered I send a post webhook to get the extensive call info. I send another post webhook request with a zapier webhook url to send to another zap. I do these last two steps again for the transcript api (different address). In a separate zap I start with the catch raw webhook action. How can I wait for both payloads being sent to this address from the same zap, and how can I reference both separately in the next trigger? I need the raw payload from each request as a separate variable. Thanks!
