I am attempting to recreate a zap I have used before.
When a HubSpot form is submitted, I want to “Add a Row” to Smartsheet.
I connected my Smartsheet account and the connection is working.
However, when I try to “Choose a Sheet,” my two most recently created sheets are not showing up.
I tried searching the sheet ID in “Custom” but the sheet is still not showing up.

Try clicking the refresh icon on the Zap step and on the specific field.
Make sure your Smartsheet has been saved and has the proper ownership and permissions/settings.

Just wanted to check how things are progressing—did refreshing the fields as Troy suggested help to get those two spreadsheets appearing?
If not, I wonder if you might be able to get around this by manually selecting it. 🤔
To do that, in the Choose a Sheet field select the Custom value option again and try typing in the Spreadsheet’s ID. If you’re not sure where to find the ID for the spreadsheet check out Smartsheet’s guide here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2482711-get-smartsheet-ids.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the Smartsheet action step that shows all of its fields.
