Hi,   I tried setting up a zap between google sheets and Zoho CRM. Every time I run it, however, I get this code. Every time I try to authorize the apps to work with each other, it doesn’t work. Here is the error code I’m getting.  

I’ve just lost a lot of HTML coding, which is annoying for me as I can’t really code.   How can i undo a change? I was using the Gmail task.   Also, how do i view task history on task test runs? I may be able to retrieve the code if i can locate this.

In our application each company that we support has its own domain name. This seems to mean that I would potentially have to create separate integrations for each customer. Is there a way this can be avoided? Do any other of your partners have a similar issue? How have they solved it?

Hi! I’m trying to Zap data from Formstack to Copper … This particular Formstack form includes sensitive data so it is encrypted with a PGP key.  Is it possible to provide Zapier the key or? does anyone know how to do this securely?

Hi, I created a zap to create a new card in a Trello board when there is a new or updated event. It seems to work fine with regular scheduled meetings but it doesn’t transfer my recurring meetings. How can I fix this so that I will have my recurring events on Trello?

Hello everybody, as described in the title i’m having an issue related to the parse of the email field; The zap is configured to: When sync Attendees ( Having a new attendee in a event) add a new subscriber in Mailchimp. So the problem comes after the configuration of the zap (which runs smothly, without any error, even creates the new subscriber with the data provided) when i test with a new attendee created in MindMint; it didn’t creates a new subscriber, and when i check the task history there’s always the same problem: the email field couldn’t retrieve the data; I checked many post here on the forum and it didn’t seem to be my problem (The most common problem is that people tends to write the email directly in the field, and do not use the correct mapping, i tried many times to remake this step, but always with the same result). So i’m stucked here without knowing what to do with the zap ( i remake the zap willing to solve the problem but the same result) so i really could use some

Hello, I have an error about Twitter account connection. First, I succeeded connecting Twitter account, but few minutes later,  Zapier says that "This account is expired. Please reconnect it here." I tried to reconnect it, but the error can not be fixed. Please tell me, how to solve the issue? Thanks.    

Hi all, I am trying to create a Trello card based on the contents in a message that I push it from my Slack account. The Zap I made is working but I miss the URL for the original Slack message, i.e. permalink. During making the Zap, I used test data automatically generated by Zapier and set up the allocation of the message contents to each part of the Trello card. But in the test data, there was not an item for permalink to the original Slack message. So I tried to load the other Slack messages which I pushed to Zapier but the system could not load it. The messages which I push have permalinks so I expect that I can set the item as a URL attachment on the Trello card if I load the messages. But the system could find non of them. Could anyone suggest me a way to set permalink to a pushed Slack message on a Trello card? Regards, Hiroki

Hello Community, I would like to update our inventory in WooCommerce from a spreadsheet (Excel or Sheets, does not matter) every day, at 00:01.  Is it possible to automate this process? I have no idea how to even begin this process as we are not changing the inventory levels in a spreadsheet, but rather have the levels go back to the same number everyday.   Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to setup Session Auth and am having some issues. Everything seems to be working locally when it runs but when i deploy it and test authentication in a Zap i am getting a strange error.   Here is what i would expect to happen for session auth. Post request to get auth token from auth endpooint token is used in “Test” request to verify that it works What i am seeing in logs is: Post request to get auth token from auth endpooint - Returns token token is used in “Test” request to verify that it works - Json is returned, I would think this means success and it ends here. Another post request to get auth token is performed and this time the auth token from first request  is added as a header so this fails. I cannot figure out why this is happening. I have attached my log below that shows the three requests

I need help regarding an automation.   My current funnel look like this:   I use Outgrow (with a Quizz) to qualify people for a service, they answer few questions and if they do qualify, they get to a Calendly page where they can book a meeting time.   I want the answers to the questions in Outgrow to be transfered in a Google Sheet, BUT ONLY if they have booked a time on calendly.   I also want to have the meeting time, email and phone number of calendly to be transfered on the same line in google sheet.   The thing is that I don’t know to link those 2 apps, because there don’y have any data in common.   Normally, I guess it should look like this:   - When Meeting schedule in Calendly Then send data to Google Sheet   - If Data found in google sheet (for example a meeting time)   Then look for “Information in Common” Then Outgrow send other information in the same line on the Google sheet.   I don't know how to do that. I have a collection of Spotify playlists that artists submit their songs for consideration. Each time I receive a new submission, a Google sheet is updated with the relevant information. Once I have decided which playlist the song will added to, I add a tag which I hoped Zapier could send to Mailchimp to distribute a specific email to each person who submitted. I setup individual zaps for each playlist so when the trigger contained the exact keywords, it would send the tag to mailchimp. Unfortunately in the second part at “only continue if” when testing it says it has a “missing value”. I do not alway add a keyword to each cell in the selected column from Google sheets as can be seen below.  Column e is where I add the keyword. How can I fix this as I setup for it only to trigger for the keyword “no” when the text exactly matches it.

Hi All,  I need to create a Zap for quite a long Google Form. 100 questions in the Google Form are not mandatory and I would like to assign a default value for each when there is a blank answer.  I know I could use the Formatter > Text > Transform > Default Value function, however I want to avoid using multiple steps. My best guess is that this could be possible using Google Sheets.  Anyone have any ideas? Cheers!

I'm trying the accepted answer for this topic (https://community.zapier.com/ask-the-community-3/what-s-the-best-way-to-find-the-number-of-days-between-2-dates-36) but I don't get a valid result with the round formula․․․ does anyone succeeded in subtracting 2 Unix formated date and get a value different from 0 with the last formula? the 2 formulas I’m testing return 0….     thanks for your help

I’m trying to save certain attachments from Gmail into Google Drive. Basically from certain users, and pdf attachments only. So the trigger event I’m using is New Attachment.  After that I want to use a filter,  and I don’t know what options to use in  “Only continue if”     The Insert data dialog brings up many options for gmail properties, and I don’t know which one to use to reliably only upload pdfs. As it is, without the filter, an email with a pdf attachment actually uploads 2 files to google drive - they are named the same, except one is a pdf and one is a gif. I’m very confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys,   I used Zapier to add new contacts to my Google Contacts using a webform on my website. This webform has few information and when this lead becomes a client I like to have to update the info of this client. Normally the client sends an email with all the info which I manually copy/past into the Google Contacts.   Is there a way to send my client a unique link with their info and with blank fields that the client can fill -in and after submitting → update my Google Contacts?   I really love to hear what is possible     Stefan

I have a trigger, when a new spreadsheet row is added. I take the row number (start at 2) because of the header. So the first value should be 2. A format step will MINUS 1 from the Row number - giving me 1. This is the fist row after the column header.   But I need to format the number to 3 digits, like 001. When it hits 10, it the value should be 010, then 100 and so on.   Any ideas? Thank you!

I am currently working on a Zap, involving Google Sheets and Zoom, which: (Trigger) detects a new spreadsheet row in Google Sheets Creates a Zoom meeting based on some of the values in that row (e.g. Date, Time, Title) (Search step) Uses a spreadsheet row lookup, to get hold of the new row (the row from step 1 that triggered the zap), by matching on an SKU field Updates that row, by adding the Zoom URL generated in step 2, to a particular column I am pleased to say that it seems to work well! But I have a feeling step 3 (the search / row lookup step) is unnecessary. In step 4, I would like to be able to dynamically update the particular row that triggered the Zap (the row from step 1).   I hope this makes sense. Any advice would be much appreciated 

Hi All, I’ve got a bit of an odd one. I have a program that is capable of running a command line or executing a program once it is finished a process. Hi all, I know apps lose connection with Zapier in a regular basis. LinkedIn needs to be reconnected every 30 days, Microsoft Dynamics every 90 days (?). Is there any way to prevent this? Or is it possible for Zapier to send a notification before the connection is lost? Thanks!

Hi, my Zap is doing a Webhook POST request to another API. The API takes a couple of seconds to respond and therefore the POST request is sent multiple times, trying to get a response from the other service.    This behaviour causes duplicates in the database of the other service, because the same request is sent 2-3 times. Somtimes only once. It’s kind of random.    Is there a way to prevent the request to be send multiple times or is it waiting for some specific status code?   Thank you!

Right now I have it setup so if a patient clicks my google ad and takes an online screener (google form) it sends them an email to schedule a telemedicine visit. it’s a calendly link and when they schedule it writes it to my google calendar. I want to automatically send an email to my secretary if the patient does not schedule. TIA

I’m brand new to Zapier and looking into developer integrations for possible use in my company’s custom CMS software. My question is… is it even possible to develop an integration without a centrally hosted service? For example, all of our websites live on their own domain and have their own urls to login (basic email/password, sometimes 2FA), so there’s no mycompany.com/authenticate url or anything equivalent. It would all be website1.com/cms/login, website2.com/cms/login, etc. The zap actions that I would be exposing would be the same across the board, but I’m not sure this type of setup would even work with Zapier without adding a layer on top just for authentication/communications.  Maybe I’m thinking about this the wrong way. How does something like Wordpress do the same thing with websites (and their data) living on unique domains? Anybody have insight?
