Wealthbox zoom meetings

Question

This is a new connection. I create an Wealthbox event to trigger a Zoom meeting. During testing I see this message. I don’t know which field(s) are messed up.

To test Zoom, we need to create a new create meeting. This is what will be created:

The create meeting could not be sent to Zoom.

Invalid field.

Thank you. I figured out the problem. Zoom has a 200 character fields limit. That might be why you had to do a “really simple sentence.” It must be around a tweet long.

Try testing the zap by removing any formatting you have for the topic section. Possibly remove the links, this has worked for me in the past. I had to make the topic field a really simple sentence. Let if you need more help.
