Hi there! Since you’d initially posted this over a week ago I wanted to check to see whether you’ve gotten this connection to work. If so, please let me know. And if not, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? Thanks!
Hi there! You’ll be happy to hear that you can add a formula directly into the Zap editor. So whatever formula you’ve been using in the spreadsheet itself could be added into the action step of your Zap. Without knowing the exact formula you’ve been using, it’s hard for me to test it out and give you a screenshot. Can you give it a try and if you get stuck, can you tell me more about the data coming into your columns and what the formula is? Thanks!
Hi Seb, I can see that you’ve received a response from our support team about this question. Can you confirm whether their suggested solution gets you what you need? If so, I can add that here so that others are able to find it if they run into a similar situation :) Thanks!
Hi Tanya! I can see that you’ve been corresponding with our support team about a similar issue (maybe this exact one?). They will likely be the best folks to help you out, since they can dig into your Zaps and have visibility that we won’t have here. You’d mentioned in one of your responses that you’d found a workaround. Is that no longer working for you?
Hi there! I see that you’ve got a couple of conversations with our support team, involving the email parser. Is that in relation to the same issue that you’re asking about here? I want to make sure that we’re addressing all of your questions, but if it’s a duplicate I can close it out here :)
Hi Don! There might be a way to accomplish your desired workflow, but it would require that you have access to HubSpot’s Workflows feature. The Zapier integration does not have an action that allows you to remove a contact from a list, but on HubSpot’s side there’s this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/choose-your-workflow-actions#remove-from-static-list Then in your Zap you can use this action: According to HubSpot, that feature is available on these plans: Marketing Hub Professional Enterprise Sales Hub Professional Enterprise Service Hub Professional Enterprise Can you let me know if you’ve got access to that Workflows feature? If so, we can look into the trigger portion of the Zap (ActiveCampaign).
Hi there! I know that around the time of your original post there were some changes being made to the Salesforce integration, which may have contributed to the errors you were seeing. Are you still running into these problems? If so, can you elaborate a bit on how your Zap is set up (which action you’re using, which fields are showing as having errors, etc.)? Thanks!
Here are some ways I've figured out how to accomplish this, entirely without Paths (they were conceived before paths were even a thing, haha). You could certainly "path-ize" them instead of using multiple Zaps.1) Using 2 Zaps when weekends have business hours — One for during business hours and one for outsideZap 1 (outside business hours)Trigger: Whatever you choose Action: Formatter -- Format Date (to only show the hour, in 24-hour format) Filter: Only continue if that number is greater than [whatever your closing time is...20 for example] or less than opening time, like 07 Action: Formatter -- Spreadsheet-Style Formula (if statement...if Formatter output is greater than 20 output “tomorrow”, otherwise output “today”) Action: Delay Until -- [output of IF statement] at 7am (this will either be tomorrow at 7am, or today at 7am) Action: Whatever your final action isZap 2 (during business hours)Trigger: Whatever you chooseAction: Formatter -- Format Date (to only show the
