I’m migrating from ActiveCampaing to Hubspot. I want to ensure that people who unsubscribe in ActiveCampaign after the migration are unsubscribed in HubSpot as well. How do I build a Zap so When someone unsubscribes in ActiveCampaign they're added to opt out list in Hubspot? Thanks in advance!

Hi Don!

There might be a way to accomplish your desired workflow, but it would require that you have access to HubSpot’s Workflows feature. The Zapier integration does not have an action that allows you to remove a contact from a list, but on HubSpot’s side there’s this:

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/choose-your-workflow-actions#remove-from-static-list

Then in your Zap you can use this action:

According to HubSpot, that feature is available on these plans:

  • Marketing Hub Professional
  • Enterprise Sales Hub Professional
  • Enterprise Service Hub Professional
  • Enterprise

Can you let me know if you’ve got access to that Workflows feature? If so, we can look into the trigger portion of the Zap (ActiveCampaign).
