One of my bugbears in zapier has been the UI for writing emails - many of our zaps include an outlook email at some point. I use an online html editor and then cut and paste, making sure that I have sorted the ‘merge’ fields correctly. Then i test itFrustrating, but i felt necessary to do some awesome work via Zapier. But now working with Airtable Automations, they have raised the bar with the simple but effective “Preview Email” button. This saves lots of time. Am I missing something in Zapier or is the equivalent not there, and please could this be added
Hello Automators!I am trying to pull in a newe activity/event at the contact level in Salesforce when a new Typeform Survey is complete. However, if a contact is not found and I want to match the Account tied to that newly created contact - am I able to do so via lookup email domain?When creating a new contact if not found in our database, I’d still like for it to match the contact to an existing account based off the email domain. Hi there,I am trying to set up a zap where whenever an order in shopify is fulfilled, we autosend a follow-up email through gmail. I only want this message to be sent when the order has been fulfilled. As of now I’ve set it so that when the order status changes to closed, the email should be triggered (pictured in image 1. reasoning for this choice explained in next paragraph). The problem is I can’t figure out how to deselect triggers for “payment status” and “fulfillment status”. For example I don’t want this email to be sent when someone pays, it should only be sent once the order is fulfilled. Even when I don’t select a trigger for payment status and fulfillment status, it defaults to “any” as pictured. So last night for example it emailed people who’s orders were updated as “delivered” in shopify, but I don’t want that. Any advice here?Follow up question, is there any way to customize these triggers or are they set by Shopify? The fulfillment status triggers are limited to shipped
I am an Executive Assistant for a company and I have been able to set up a Zap for any Zoom meeting that I am the host of to automatically upload to my Google Drive.I would like to do the same thing for the two other hosts who use the same Zoom Account of which I am a administrator.Any assistance would be appreciated, especially a step by step tutorial such as the one that showed me how to set up the initial zap.
Hi, i’ve configured a ZAP with facebook Leads AD for incoming data when trigger new leads in one of my clients. The configuration in Zapier and Facebook it’s OK, but i never receive data from this lead.i Test the lead from the facebook tools console and get the status and i see errors appear in four apps with diferent identifiers (Error 102, and 103), but i can’t identify what those applications are and wich is my zapier.when i do the zap test with facebook, it manages to find the data that people leave in the ad, but the new ones do not arrive.I already checked the documentation in the following link https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-facebook-lead-ads#im-receiving-new-leads-in-facebook-but-my-zap-is-not-running and all the parameters are correct. Any idea what is happening ?Thanks

And the Facebook conversion test event works now.But now I have another issue. I cannot find the pixel when I am added as admin of my customer’s Facebook business manager account. The pixel in this BM just doesn’t show up in Zapier.And I have seen other guys report the same issue.Could you please help me with this?
Hi all, I’m looking to link our Outlook account to Monday.com. We have details of sales leads sent to our inbox, and we want to import the name, email, and phone number in these emails into a new item in Monday.com. How do we create a Zap that will select those specific pieces of information in the emails, and filter out only the emails with the lead info, instead of all emails that enter our inbox? Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi All,Zapier offers a fantastic integration called “New read receipt”. It helps you track what email is opened.If you pair this with excel and some python script you can get pretty good data. The only issue I have with this is, it only works with “Send outbound Email” (Email by Zapier). After testing and configuring the Zap. I moved it to production where it sends multiple emails. I noticed that all of my zaps have been throttled. After doing some digging I found out “Send outbound Email” (Email by Zapier) can only send 10 emails per hour. This restriction does not help me achieving my goal. Hi, I’m trying to setup a ZAP that will let us know if someone requests a booking that occurs outside of our business hours. We run a coworking space and want to catch these booking so that we can contact the person.This is not about trying to limit the time that the ZAP runs, it is about parsing the time that the booking starts and ends to make sure it is with the allowed times.I set up a filter and have formatted the date and time. However, when I try to compare the booking time to check to see if it is before 9:00am, it does not work because it seems when using the (Date/Time) Before or After conditional statement it requires a date AND time.Is there a way to take only the date of the booking and concatenate 9:00AM to the end so that the comparison will work?I can get it to work if I add another formatter that strips out the time and then use that output with the (Number) Less Than conditional statement.I was trying to avoid doing this because it increases the tasks used from 3 to
Hello there,I have a zap that counts how many submissions.For some reason two zaps started together at the exact time and when it reached the step to pull the current count, they both returned same result and updated google sheet with the same number.How can I avoid that? should zapier play the zap one at a time not simultaneously?if it does not, how can I avoid this? im just using a google sheet column to update the countit pulls the current number, add one, then update.
There is no Telegram integration on Zapier. However, according to the Zapier website (link below) the BotAtBot integration will connect to Telegram.https://zapier.com/apps/botatbot/helpHowever, when I go digging, it requires me to create a BotAtBot account, which directs me to a website that’s arabic language and doesn't appear to be BotAtBot, but something else. Hi, I have rows in a Google Worksheet being created and populated from a webform. One of the columns populates as a number, i.e. 3 or 6 for example. I need the numeric value for another Zapier friendly app to utilize. For my Zap workflow however I want to populate a custom field in a 3rd party Zapier friendly app. Not as a numeric value but a text field where say 3 = Bronze and 6 = Gold. I was looking for a router function where IF cell = 3 then Bronze and IF cell = 6 then Gold. I would then grab the output value and populate the field in the 3rd part app further down the workflow with a text field. Any ideas?
HiI logged in to Zapier and clicked “skip test” and activated the zap to go from gravity forms to our KW Command CRM. Then, I sent a submission in through Gravity Forms (website), which I received as a general email from our website, but we checked Command and the lead did not register/come into Command system. Is there some other way you can test this?
hi, so i want to use zapier to create a zap that check if a website url taken from a google spreadsheet cell return an error when you try to visit them and then put a value like “To Verify” in the column to the right of it. But i’m not sure if there is an app that check if a website is still working or not. i also want that to repeat itself until the zap goes through a whole column. does somebody knows how to do this ? i have friday as a deadline to do this and i just started using zapier today, so i’m not sure what to use to be able to do this.
Hey! I keep getting this error on my Zap. The Zap I am trying to set up is an TRIGGER for a new email in gmail, and an ACTION to send that email, with added text to the body + the attachment to another inbox. I am unsure how to fix this error. Can anyone help?Error Received 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'name'
I have created a Zap that connects Azure Dev Ops tickets with Salesforce. The Zap works every time I test it. However, as soon as I try and turn the Zap On, it will automatically switch to “Off” and I will get an email from Zapier saying “Zap could not be switched on. Please try enabling it again, and if you still experience issues, get help”. I emailed Zapier support and they told me that the error was - "Access Denied: d260bd27-bac2-682b-bed1-4924e4201643 needs the following permission(s) on the resource PublisherSecurity/bece7e8a-c130-42e7-a6c4-d7bed35a6dba to perform this action: Edit Subscription" This probably means I need to edit my subscription/security settings in Azure. However, after looking into this, I am not sure exactly what I need to change. Has anyone run into this issue or have an idea for a fix?
Looking to set up a system where we give our affiliates a Promo Code to use for ticket sales in BrushFire. We need to trigger a Zap from the specific promo codes - to something ( some software, either Stripe or something else ) to pay out a flat fee or percent from the ticket sales to the affiliates. Looking to automate the payout process to the affiliates from the ticket sales through BrushFire. Any suggestions?

Hi ThereNew to Zapier so hope you can help. I have a set up a connection between my business facebook and ometria. I have since seen that my FB ads have acquired 3 additional leads since setting up the connection but they do not appear in Ometria. BEFORE CONNECTION IS SET UPFacebook has 5 leadsOmetria shows 12163 total number of contacts CONNECTION IS THEN SETUP Facebook acquires 4 new leads adding up to a total of 9 leads (IMAGE ONE) but Ometria still only shows 12163 total number of contacts (IMAGE TWO). Also, in the ZAPS History, I'm not seeing any leads. (IMAGE THREE) The Question: What could be the reason for those four new leads not appearing in Ometria? Thank you
Trying to create a zap where the trigger is when a new item is created in a specific board within monday.comThis was working until a few days ago, now with the newest choice of monday.com as the trigger app when trying to configure the first step and test it, the test comes back as “Test Trigger (error) An item could not be found. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” and then future steps can’t be configured as certain columns don’t show up.I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions, reconnected monday, re-made zaps and nothing has helped rectify this issue. My connection is configured correctly. I have other zaps that connect with monday and work but these zaps are triggered by something other than monday.com. I’m only having a problem with any zap that is triggered by something in Monday.com and it’s only been since the introduction of the latest monday.com app connection option. Could someone please help
In had a Zap that used to Trigger when a specific email was moved in to a folder in my Office 365 Email account. Since the Office 365 API update, I don’t seem to be able to fix it and can’t find out how to set the trigger correctly.Essentially when an email was received with certain conditions in my inbox, it would be moved to a specific folder in Outlook. This would then trigger the Zap to send an email.I would really appreciate spam advice on this.ThanksJames
