Edit: I mean number instead of value.I am using Zapier to log orders in Google sheets. The problem is however that when I try to calculate, for example through formulas I get the notification that it is a text string and cannot be converted to a number.. Have tried to use the formatter, but simply cannot seem to make it work. How do I get Zapier to log a number as a number instead of text?
When setting up a ZAP to push data from Manage Engine Service Desk to Azure DevOps, the Incident Description from Manage Engine doesn’t appear to be an available field in the Action Event to send in the Incident Description into a Azure Devops User Story. Is there a way to get this field in Zapier? Is this field restricted because of the Trial? I am currently trialing the software. If this isn’t possible we are probably going the route of using Manage Engine’s API to pull it and upload to Azure ourselves. Hoping Zapier can get this field. Any help\tips would be appreciated.

Hi there,I’m currently working on a new zap which I’m setting up between gsheet and google calendar. Everything seems to go to the Google Calendar fine, however, the start and end time for some reason are being the same. I’ve also checked the timezones for both Google Calendar and Zapier and they are both correct at GMT+9. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Best,Jay
Hi Guys, I am using a Zap from Excel to Monday.com which pulls through the Rows in a table as items.However, these are Purchase Orders and I would like Zapier to pull through the Purchase Order Lines as Subitems relating to the Purchase Order No (Name of the item on Monday). For Example.Order No: 1 (Item) Subitem Name: Pen Subitem Name: Pencil The table in Excel contains all of this information. However, getting a Zap or Monday to match this and input it under the correct Item I cant work out. Hope that makes sense...

I am struggling with a zap that creates a time entry in Quickbooks Time from every line entered on a Google Sheet. I would like for my admin to collect and log time performed by several people working on a single project. I don’t want to give her access to my Quickbooks account and I can’t add her to my Tsheets account (long story). Has anyone written a zap for this that they are wiling to share. I also use projects in Quickbooks so the time entry would have to link to the correct project

The Google Sheets webhook will give me the data of all the columns in a row, but the problem comes when the column contains a quotation mark. “ blabla’blabla “ gets automatically translated to “ blabla “. Is there any way to keep the quotation mark. For example, use `` or “” for JSON.
I’m setting up a Zap that is triggered by any card being dropped into an In Progress list in Trello.That trigger then creates a new record in an Airtable base. That’s easy enough to set up as a Zap.But I can’t figure out how to get the Trello Member Name to populate the new Airtable record in a column named owner.The only option I could see was mapping a Trello field named Member IDs (or something like that) to the Owner column in Airtable.I’d like the Airtable record to display the actual Member name on the Trello card, not the ID.Is there anyway to achieve this? If the Member ID route is the only option, is there a way in Airtable you know of to map a set of names to specific Trello Member IDs?Thank you for your help! Loving Zapier so far.
Hello- Currently, I create about ten zaps a month that does the same exact thing.The user registers for an event in SalesForce, the Zap filters the Event by Name hat I add manually, then creates a registration in Zoom for the user. Again, I do this separately for each event… about ten per month.What I’d like to do is create a single Zap that uses dynamic filter. So, where <salesForce Event Name> = <Zoom Event Name> This way, I create one zap that looks for matching names on both platforms. If they exist, create user registration in Zoom. Hi,I am looking at connecting my software to Zapier as an App. This App will be used for very simple functionality in Account Software Apps (Zapier connected). I would like to pay for all Zaps using my App and manage it on behalf of my clients. I would not know the password to my clients Accounting software (ie, to connect app). This would likely be a Teams or Company account but wanted to ensure the following capabilities:1) I would manage all Zaps. Ideally, my clients would not have access to Zapier.2) I would know my clients email address they use to log into their Accounting software (ie, Xero), but not their password.3) I would send my client a link (or similar) to log into their accounting package to then connect/sync Apps (my app with Accounting app).4) All billing would come to me.I hope there is a solution.Any help would be great. Hi, I want to connect to Facebook Ads and post lead data to a spreadsheet.When selecting the data to be posted to the spreadsheet, I cannot select the Ad Name, Work Email, or other data that I am getting in the lead. I used to be able to select these data when I was using zapier, but now I can't?
I’m wanting to add formatting to the email body (bold, underline, bullet lists) using the Gmail function and I want to do that using the plain text setting not the html setting.Is this possible? My non profit organisation would like have a process where when you create a campaign in salesforce, it creates the record in Eventbrite, lets say “X Event” but also have the event registration to be fed back into SF e.g. Mr Jones as a lead/contact associated to “X Event” campaign. One of my bugbears in zapier has been the UI for writing emails - many of our zaps include an outlook email at some point. I use an online html editor and then cut and paste, making sure that I have sorted the ‘merge’ fields correctly. Then i test itFrustrating, but i felt necessary to do some awesome work via Zapier. But now working with Airtable Automations, they have raised the bar with the simple but effective “Preview Email” button. This saves lots of time. Am I missing something in Zapier or is the equivalent not there, and please could this be added
Hello Automators!I am trying to pull in a newe activity/event at the contact level in Salesforce when a new Typeform Survey is complete. However, if a contact is not found and I want to match the Account tied to that newly created contact - am I able to do so via lookup email domain?When creating a new contact if not found in our database, I’d still like for it to match the contact to an existing account based off the email domain.
