Facebook lead into Salesforce - Contact number issue

Hey Zapier community I need assistance ASAP, please. I am working for an Digital Agency and we have an account on Zapier for one of our Clients. We are using Zapier to integrate Facebook leads into Salesforce. We are having problems capturing contact numbers. We have tried various different Zap setups and Salesforce or Zapier keeps picking up errors with contact number. Salesforce can only take 10 digits (for a contact number). People tend to type our their numbers in weird ways, so we have attempted at putting in rule to deal with that, however we are still having problems. PLEASE HELP! For example a normal number should look somthing like this (071234567) some people will leave out the 0 or they will type it with the RSA code (+2771234567). So we did a find and replace, find +27 and replace it with 0. But then people tend to type their number without +27 or without the initial 0.    [Edited by moderator to remove private information]

Getting a slack notification when there are no applications on my website

Hi everyone!   I would like to check if it’s possible to get a slack notification when there is NO application on my website for an interval of time (e.g. 2 hours). I’ve tried playing around with Zapier but noticed that it seems that “IF NOT” conditions are not possible for events Would really appreciate your help. Thank you!

MSSQL Integration Updated Row Trigger Limit

I have a zap set to be going live that uses MSSQL New or Updated row trigger. When live the table will be updated at 2100 rows at a time.  What is the rate limit for the MSSQL trigger. Do I need to throttle my number of triggered rows form my database??

Zap not working

I am using a Zap to notify me, send email etc when I receive information on ads I’ve placed on FB.   This worked great a couple of days.  I have since added another FB ad but in the same ad campaign.  Received a hit yesterday but Zap didn’t send me the sms message.  Do I need a seperate Zap for each Ad?

My Zap returns only a Test from nearly 6 months ago when I trigger with new data. Despite putting new information seems that is blocked on returning only ONE item. I have like 34… How can I escape from selecting only one sample?

Trying to pull data from "code by zapier" to JSON

Hey Guys,  NOT developer (mistake that can’t be undone),  I’m trying to bundle a lot of responses and edit them to 1 value to be sent out as JSON. I’ve created a code by zapier step that pulls this out: I want to pull out the entire contents of “JSON” to be used as a JSON payload, something like this: { "dayOfWeek": "1", "closed": false, "MondayFrom1": "07:30", "MondayTo1":"13:30", "MondayFrom2":"12:30", "MondayTo2":"13:30" }, { "dayOfWeek":"2", "closed":"true" }, { "dayOfWeek":"3", "closed":"false", "WednesdayFrom1": "07:00", "WednesdayTo1":"21:00", }   But there is no “JSON” value, it just breaks it down to a million little fields (“json dayOfWeek”) How can I solve that? Thanks!

Rebrandly Zap for Google Form- Updating rows with branded links

I want to connect Rebrandly with Google Forms or Sheets so that on submission new rows get updated  and replaced with branded (trackable) links. Is this possible? Can you do multiple rows of links in one zap?

Zaps keep breaking for no reason??

All my zaps keep breaking, like every ten to twenty minutes for no reason. They work a couple of times then a few minutes later they are broke?? No idea what's happening. It looks like zapier keeps reverting the test information your older types which I've already deleted. I just don't get it. Any help would be great

Creating a zap

I am new to Zapier and on the trial version at this stage but I don’t believe that is the issue. When I create a Zap (to import new contacts from Rezdy to Sendinblue), it allows me select multiple fields such as Firstname, Lastname etc, but when the Zap runs it has only brought across the email address (which is the identfier). If I go back and edit the Zap, it appears it hasn’t saved the fields I want to bring across. Am I doing something wrong?

HubSpot to Zapier to Freshdesk

Hi, I’m trying to create a contact in Freshdesk when a contact is created in HubSpot via Zapier. However, I’m not getting all the Freshdesk contact fields in the Zap editor. Does anyone know why all the fields aren’t showing up? I’ve clicked on refresh and my Freshdesk account is sewt up correctly so it’s not either of those. I have no problem going the other way by creating a contact in HubSpot when one is created in Freshdesk. I’m trying to make a fake two-way sync with an “only continue if” filter when Zapier is not in a certain field. Thanks for your help.

Issue In all Zaps

I am facing issue with my all Zaps, When I login to zapier account sometimes some zaps shows OFF automatically, then I make these ON and data is not going to destination properly. most of the data are missing. When I check task history its showing an error as below: The app returned "div: h1: Whoops, looks like something went wrong.". It looks like the app or service is experiencing a problem. Please contact our support team for help fixing this error.   Please help me to sort out this issue.

Download Jira ticket attachment and attach it to an Asana task

Hi,I use Zapier for automatically creating an Asana task from a new Jira issue, through the Jira Software Server app.The Asana task is properly created, except that it doesn't download the attachements from the Jira issue.Everytime there is an attachment within the Jira, it attachs a login.jsp file to my Asana task. I did a test with uploading the file in Google Drive and I have the same result: it create a file login.jsp.I guess this is because the Jira folder where all files are stored is protected.Is there a way to solve this issue?Mick

Zapping email subscriptions out of klaviyo

I am having trouble zapping email subscriptions from a specific list out of klaviyo. Goal is to simply zap emails from a klaviyo list to google sheets so we can activate an account for the customers.   I have a paid zapier account, so I can filter events/triggers, but I am unable to find a specific list in klaviyo. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000063311-Zapier-Integration#additional-filtering3   Please help :)

Choosing a trigger that isn't listed in the drop down menu

Hello!  I’m setting up a campaign and choosing a trigger...but I don’t see an appropriate option in the drop down menu. I want to have a deadline funnel (countdown timer) appear on a landing page when people visit it. But this isn’t an option in the Trigger drop down menu. I set this up fine when I was using a “form submission” as the Trigger. Help, please!

Field 'Label' is missing in ActiveCampaign Zap

I have built an automation in which we can measure work satisfaction in ActiveCampaign. In this automation a label is given (the score that the colleague gives over the week). I would like to shoot this to a spreadsheet with Zapier.This option was included, but now I can no longer export labels from ActiveCampaign to Spreadsheets.Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?

How do I set up a Zap using Google sheets with multiple trigger rows?

I currently use Google Sheets with dates entered into the rows and the zaps are triggered when todays date hits in a row and it auto creates a document like a sold anniversary letter. I have multiple rows that have the same date example, joe jones and Lisa smith both have their own row with their contact info, both bought today a year ago so i need it to create two separate documents from template in my google drive. Right now with look up spreadsheet row it only does the first one and thats it and with find many spreadsheet row it puts all of the customer info on one page so it is JoeLisa JonesSmith all combined. Any insight to fix this?
