Instant Zap (Google Calendar to Airtable) Not Instant

Hi everyone. OK, on my list of zaps it says that it is instant. And for a while it amazingly was, but now there is about a 5-7 minute delay. Is there a reason a zap would be labeled instant but that actually not be a part of my Zapier plan?

How to auto post from Gmail to Facebook Groups? (with formatted text)

Hey guys! So I am wanting to post new Thinkific reviews sent to me on Gmail onto our FB group.  HTML stripped, and some text reformatted or removed.  I’ve done it successfully using a 9 step zap, but feel it’s too clunky and wondering if there is a better way? Here’s the review example:       I then used a series of “Replace” text actions, and removed a bunch of text and made a few edits.  The post then appears on FB like this:       So that’s all good and well - but it’s very specific to this particular Thinkific course, and I’d like to have this zap manage reviews that come in generically for our other courses.   Any advice?   With thanks! Google Sheets to Slack, triggered by cells from differents collums

Hi,  Im having troubles with this task. I have a spreadsheet with some prices and i have a team that works with them to sell products. But this prices varies all the time and I need that the slack send a message always there are a modification. I tried to make it here and it seems to work at first. But then hundreds of notifications come up and i dont know why. Could someone help me? Ps: Sorry for my english, not a native speaker.

Updating Existing AirTable Record with Stripe Data (Search Formula?)

I have one Zap that creates an AirTable record whenever a customer makes an Acuity reservation.  A second Zap monitors Stripe for the credit card transaction, subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and I want it to search for and update the relevant AirTable record, but I can’t get that step to work.   The Stripe->AirTable Zap in question starts with Stripe, builds in a delay to ensure Acuity/Zapier/AirTable have time to create the AirTable record, then Formatter subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and Formatter changes Stripe’s date-time format into what AirTable stores from Acuity.  At this point, I want Zapier to search AirTable for whatever record has *BOTH* the client’s name (from Stripe) *AND* the formatted time of when the booking was made, then update that record with the formatted income amount. I think my Search Formula in the AirTable search step is breaking, but I don’t know why.  It is as follows:   {Client Name}= "<

Knowing who made changes in a Google Sheet

Hello everyone,   I'm a new user of Zap, which seems to be a very powerful tool, but I'm having a little trouble getting the result I want.   I work with a team and we all share the same Google Sheet, I would like to be informed on Slack each time someone makes a change (especially each time someone modifies a box).   I managed to get a direct message when someone makes a change, I get the row number on that message, but I can't figure out how to add who did it and what the change was.   How can I customize the message to get all these informations ?   Thank you,   Boris

I got this error when running formatter for ZApier   transformer.zapier.com and received (500) Internal Server Error   The first half of the Zap has run, and the whole zap has run correctly in the past. How do I proceed?

Integrating Xero and Infusionsoft for Invoicing

I am working through the zap when we create a new quote and invoice in infusionsoft and the person pays it will zap it to xero by creating an invoice and marking it as paid.   We use item codes in Xero and I am trying to figure out how to make it zap with the different one each time. My thought process is that when I setup the product in infusionsoft there is something I should be adding to trigger it for the item code.   Also we charge the merchant fee back to the customer, so I am thinking I should add that in the tax field.   Thanks in advance for your help.

Quickbooks create sales receipt - tax code problem

Hi There,   I have a working new shopify order to quickbooks online sales receipt zap.  I have recently added items to my store that have made me now have different tax codes.  I see that the zapier integration passes  TaxCodeRef value for each line item but when creating the zap I dont see a mechanism to put any logic into the line items to change their tax codes depending on what the product is.   Also open to better suggestions on how to do this.  Thanks! math calculations based on inputs within other cells

I am trying to use typeform in google sheets, but I cannot figure out how to have math calculations done based off of the inputs given through the typeform survey i have created. We have tried to manually input the equations into the google sheet, but it seems to throw off zapier, so it skips the rows we need to information to go to.

sending trough JSON array to web hook

I have a webhook to trigger a custom app.  This accesses an API and returns an JSON array  now I want to use this (complete) JSON array to be send over to Filemaker making use of a post web hook  the ‘problem’ is that even when I use the ‘raw’ data of the app , the JSON array gets ‘worked over’ by zapier, giving me only the values without the formatting . This produces 2 problems, i can’t use the individual item / results because of some NULL values of 1 field and because of a lot of ‘CR’ in another field  Also the ‘raw’ data of results gives me no formatting like “  So I either need to change the output of the custom app (which I do not know how) or change the way zapier ‘works over’ the data so that I get the pure JSON array.  I have thought about using a RAW web hook POST but I get stuck there. I use the manual from https://www.filemakerbloggen.se/post/filemaker-zapier/   so I create a POST web hook as a form, ( I need to use -db, -lay- and -new data fields) but also If I set this t

I use zappier to create event in calendar for several attendees, with attendees emails coming fromgoogle sheet row per event. how i collect back to each row in sheet, for each event  ,  the status of event acceptance?  e.g. reject or accept.

PayPal Zap Not Firing - How to fix IPN Issues?

Hi, I know that PayPal problems are generally due to IPN issues. Could someone explain how to fix them?  I’m pretty sure that my notification URL isn’t pointing to Zapier, but I’m not sure how to figure out which button or service is causing the problem. #HELP!! Thanks!

How can I get a slack message that states any sort of change that happens within an Excel spreadsheet?

I have already created a process that indicates me whenever the sheet gets updated but it doesn’t tell me what exactly.  I would like for it to tell me that a cell has been edited for ____ item. The slack message can say, ____ item was added, modified, or deleted.  Something along those lines.     This is what I have so far:

how to add a checklist to a trello card that was moved into a new list

Hello,  i want to add a checklist all cards as they are moved into a specific list.   i am confused on the question “pick a card to add the checklist to?’  located in the customize checklist section.  I dont know how to tell it to add to all cards that are moved into the specific list.  I choose the custom option, but not sure which elements to choose.   Please help?  Thank you.

Some data fields are missing in the zap editor

I created a zap to connect Jotform with ActiveCampaign. When a form is submitted so a new contact will be created in ActiveCampaign. At the “Find Data” step, submissions to JotForm can be found but some data fields in the form are missing, like email address and phone number.   Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks!

How to set my action email to reply to the trigger email

Hi there,    When someone requests info on my site, an automated system sends it to them and I get copied in.   What I’m trying to set up a Zap so that when I get CC’d in that automated email, another email is triggered and sent from me.   The way that I’m setting it up in Zapier is that when New Email Matching Search in Gmail happens, the action is to send email in Gmail to the email address that received the email that I was CC’s into.    The problem I’m having is I don’t know how to set the response email to go to the email address of the recipient in the trigger email.   I’ve tried selecting To emails: but it keeps sending it to the same email address that it’s pulling from the sample rather than sending it to the email address of the recipient of the trigger email I’ve tried Reply To Email but it comes up with No data and nothing happens when I run the Zap.    When I look for an explanation I get the following instructions:  If you want your email to go to a different email addres

Amazon isn't triggering Neither buyer name nor buyer shipping name

Hi,   I have a Zap between Amazon and trello which creates a card with a buyer name and other atributes when a order is made in my seller account.   The fact is that from a while ago neither the buyer name nor the buyer shipping name are being triggered when the card is created.   All the other atributes such as product name and other things are being triggered

Webhook wont catch data from Phonesites page

Hi all!  Hoping I can find a little help here.  Im trying to make a webhook to pull in some form data from a phonesites.com page, and eventually add that info to an existing campaign within Highlevel.  Im stuck with trying to get the test to pull in the data from my form.   I followed all the directions here :  https://phonesites.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000011993-how-to-use-phonesites-together-with-webhooks-by-zapier ^^this has worked in the past.  The problem I am finding today is that after I have copied the webhook address into phonesites, and saved to make sure it’s live, and then filled out a dummy version of the form and submitted it, I then go back to zapier and the test pulls in more data.   there is a little more weirdness going on, but its a bit hard to explain.  I’ll give it a go.  I eventually got frustrated, after having refreshed, exited the web pages and then re-opened them, made sure my changes were saved on the phonesites page, making sure the webhoo

Typeform start date field is not being pulled through by Zapier

Hello,   I have created a zap between Typeform and Google Sheets - Typeform has a field called Start Date to record data on when someone starts a form -- Zapier is not pulling this field through - my question is how can I get Zapier to pull this form field for “start date” through?   Thanks!
