I created a zap to connect Jotform with ActiveCampaign. When a form is submitted so a new contact will be created in ActiveCampaign. At the “Find Data” step, submissions to JotForm can be found but some data fields in the form are missing, like email address and phone number.  

Can you help me solve this problem?
