Hi, I’m trying to create a contact in Freshdesk when a contact is created in HubSpot via Zapier. However, I’m not getting all the Freshdesk contact fields in the Zap editor. Does anyone know why all the fields aren’t showing up? I’ve clicked on refresh and my Freshdesk account is sewt up correctly so it’s not either of those. I have no problem going the other way by creating a contact in HubSpot when one is created in Freshdesk. I’m trying to make a fake two-way sync with an “only continue if” filter when Zapier is not in a certain field. Thanks for your help.

Could I ask what fields you’re looking for, specifically? That will allow me to check whether it’s something that we can find or something that we’ll need to create a feature request for! Thanks :)
