I would like to check if it’s possible to get a slack notification when there is NO application on my website for an interval of time (e.g. 2 hours). I’ve tried playing around with Zapier but noticed that it seems that “IF NOT” conditions are not possible for events

Would really appreciate your help. Thank you!
