I’m trying to create a Zap that triggers on a new file in my Google Drive Public Folder. The test step seems to work during the create phase but nothing I seem to do will actually trigger the Zap after it’s turned on (ie: running the Zap manually after new files are uploaded to the folder).The same Zap using Dropbox works as expected.Any ideas? Hi,My zap transfers new data from my Wix site to a Google Sheets spreadsheet where a new row is created with data in columns, for example, A:D. So the zap triggers and A2:D2 now have new information.I entered some formulas in my spreadsheet in columns, for example, E:F that depend on the data from A:D. So if a zap triggered and A2:D2 had new information, then the formulas in E2:F2 should change according to the new information. But my formulas in columns E:F are erased. The zap then triggers for A3:D3 and E3:F3 should reflect the new information but they’re also erased and this happens successively for each row.I know that I can fix this my manually entering my formulas in my zaps but it will take a LONG TIME to complete this. Is there a shortcut towards achieving this?

Hello,I am trying to run a zap from jwplayer to google sheet. My aim : anytime I download a video on jwplayer, I want to create a row in a google sheet. I can define very well my zap, can establish connection with jwplayer through the API credentials… Testing in zap definition is running well. But When I want to run my zapp, it looks like it is searching for a while then I get this message Error turning Zap on: Got 400 calling POST https://api.jwplayer.com/v2/webhooks/, expected 2xx. I am currently creating a Zap in which when a contact is updated or changed in HubSpot, the contact is imported into an a Google sheets and certain statistics are calculated based on the imported data. Once the statistics are calculated, the contact details in HubSpot are updated with the new statistics. The final step in the zap is to delete all the imported dataI’ve managed to get this to work when small numbers of contacts are changed. However, I encounter a number of issues when larger numbers of contacts are changed. (I’ve tested by changing 100+ contacts in one trigger):The zap itself becomes laggy when it is triggered. I imagine this is because the zap is importing details, exporting calculations and then deleting the row for each contact. The lag results in some rows not being deleted. The number of tasks used is extremely high since the zap has 5 tasks and the zap technically runs for each updated contact. If the zap runs 100s of times a day, its likely that the monthly task l

I’m having the same issue.Expected behavior is a single description input field from Jira, containing markdown.Instead, it appears to parse out the Jira description field into multiple inputs, which are just plain text.Example:Jira Descritpion Intro text bullet list 1 bullet item 2 bullet item 3 More descriptive text about the issue. When I go to setup the action in Zapier, there are two options for Description that include content. The 1st one has the intro part as plain text and the content after the bullet list as plain text. The 2nd option has only the bullet list, but as separate plain text entries. Hi! I would like to run a script on an Excel hosted on a sharepoint. Basically my Excel is fed with new rows based on an RSS feed. I would like to create a ranking on these rows based on the text they contain. However, when I try to create a Zap with a custom code, I can’t get the excel in “input data”. How can I do to do so? I am creating a very simple Zap which uses “Find or Create Customer in QuickBooks Online” then picks up the customer field and reuses it in “Create Invoice”. The create invoice test fails with “Invalid Customer”. I have no idea why.
Good day everyone - I have been on this for about a week now and not having any luck so I thought I would throw this out there to see if any one has any ideas… Basically, a new order comes in from our website and the customer has already chosen their preferred shipping options - either pickup or delivery. Hi Everyone, I’m trying to streamline new hire/employee onboarding with the steps outlined below (also a screenshot) :Google Form gathering Name, Email, and Position On Google Form Submit, Create an Employee folder (Folder with their name) in Google Drive Make a copy of a Google sheet (new hire checklist), Rename sheet using the new hire’s name, and place it in the employee folder (created in step 2) Next I would like to add the new hire; Name, Email, and Position into specific cells in the Sheet created in step 3.This is bring up a question:In step 4, if I want to make edits to a Sheet that was created in step 3, I need to use Google Drive to do a search for the file.
