I have an automatic email setup that gets triggered when a client signs a Practice Ignition proposal. Office 365 Outlook is supposed to send a message to my admin/onboarding team… but lately it’s sending 3 duplicate messages. Anyone else encountering this error and know how to fix it?

Check your Zap Runs history details: https://zapier.com/app/history/

You can see timestamps of each Zap step and the DATA IN/OUT for each step.

This may help you troubleshoot if/why duplicates are happening.
