Link value from row of database/spreasheet row to Docusign template field

Does anyone know how I can use a lookup feature from excel or google sheets to take the next available value in column A row 1?To be specific have a set list of preassigned account numbers that are listed in column A and just have the zap select the next row down each time it triggers to reference to my docusign template field? I want to eliminate the manual entry if possible. If Excel or Google sheet is not a viable solution for this, can anyone recommend anything?

Using Zapier to use Calendly to add events to Pipedrive

Hey guys, I’m fairly new at creating zaps but maybe someone can help.Our team gets deals that schedule calls via Calendly with our sales team. What I’d like to happen:-A deal schedules a calendly event-Zapier links the event to the correct deal in Pipedrive & creates the appropriate type of sales call activity in Pipedrive under that deal We’ve been manually adding the events to every deal and we feel like Zapier probably can do this, but we’re just not sure how. Is anyone able to help me or guide me with the steps to take?  Thanks for any help given folks. -Luke

Zapier WordPress Activation Problem

I am unable to connect WordPress to Zapier.The Zap: Upload new media from WordPress into a DropBox/Google Drive folder.When activating the Zap I receive an error message: Error parsing response. Hello! I’m trying to set up a zap that will send a text confirmation when someone fills out a jotform but that text looks like its coming from my cell phone number so that if they reply, I get the message.  Anyone have an idea on which app would be the best to use for this?  is it even possible?

I have a complex Estimation s Spreadsheet in Google sheets.  * indicates steps that I am stuck on.I Created Google form to act as data capture for New Quote Requests Made a Zap that Creates a new Folder name based on the estimate #  in my form response spreadsheet   *I need to input the entire line of data from the Form Submission into my Estimate Spreadsheet Template (Sheet 1 row 3 ) but it keeps posting all of the information into Cell A3 rather than into each individual cell in row 3 My Zap then Creates a Copy of my estimate template and re names it  based on the Job # *I want this New Estimate spreadsheet to save into the new folder I created in step 2 *I want to have a sub folder that is created in each new folder from step 2If anyone has any input on steps 3,5,6 it would be greatly appreciated

Clicking Test & Continue on step causes infinite loading

In a complex Zap where’s we looking for data from Asana + filter + formatting then go to an emailing app (Mailjet), our steps are always loading without ending when we “Test & Continue”.But when I click on “Test & Review” it works and when I click on the next step while “Test & Continue” loading it works too.But the Zap, when trigger coms, always failed for no reasons because we have all the datas available. I have recreate the whole zap twice from beginning and I start to feel desesperate …Thanks so much I you can help !

Shopify webhooks not triggering Zap

I created a Zap between a Shopify Webhook and Gmail. When an oder’s shipping is updated, then an email is sent out to the customer with the tracking number.It Works perfectly when testing the Zap and verifying that all the things are working. When I test it, the email is CC’d to me and it works, but it’s not triggering on it’s own.

RSS by Zapier not triggering for new items

Greetings - first post :-)I’ve had an RSS zap that was running successfully - it looks at RSS and posts to Facebook page. Now it is not running / fails.  When I manually run it, it’s stuck on “Looking for new items...”I thought perhaps something has gone wrong, so I paused that zap and recreated a new one, tested it and it works fine during the set up testing - but when it is live, and I click a manual Run Now - the same issue “ Looking for new items...” spinning wheel never stops !I thought perhaps we have an issue in the server and / cloudflare that we use.  Maybe the firewall is blocking Zapier - but I checked and there are no blocking events or issues that I can see.I’m on the free plan but was testing the platform before upgrading.  It was impressive - but now it is not! I’m hoping I can recover my confidence ;-)I will also ask support. Any help appreciated.

How to add multiple lines of data within same spreadsheet row?

Have a spreadsheet I’d like to dump 2 columns of data from into an email every friday for a simple report. Name and quantity, formatted vertically like it would be on the spreadsheet.a #c #e # I keep getting either a long run on list (a,#,c,#,e,#,...)  or nothing at all. This seems dead simple, not sure what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.

MySQL SSL Connection

All … I can’t figure out how to get the SSL setup to connect Zapier to a MySQL Database.  I can add SSL certs to my server but I can’t figure out how to get them Zapier.  And the Zapier connection to MySQL is asking for the certs as well.  What am I missing?

Zap to Create Connectwise Manage Projects/Tasks in Asana

I work for an MSP that is full stack support. I am the project manager and have come to find that Connectwise (CWM) project management is pretty abysmal. My engineers still need to enter time into connectwise and we manage our project templates in Connectwise.What Im trying to do is create a Zap to copy projects from our Managed Services Board and Professional Service boards into the appropriate boards in Asana. I need to copy project name, tickets, and tasks on projects as subtasks of tickets if any.I currently have a zap created from CWM > Asana to find and create MS Project tickets and place them on the Managed Services board, but cannot figure out how to get tickets or subtasks into Asana. Any help?

Formatting data ?

Greetings, We want to read new tickets from ZenDesk and process them before plugging them into another app. Thus, we need a middle section where if the ticket contains this or that, we restructure part of the data to the schema required by the next app and send it after its been processed.Is there a way to do this? Thank you kindly, this is my first day learning about Zapier :)

Zoom topic not sent over to Salesforce

Hi there,I am trying to move zoom webinar registrants into salesforce. First I need to create a campaign in salesforce to add them to. The only field in Zoom that I can see that could be used for that is Topic. The topic does not seem to be coming through in the test data. I can see the field in Zapier but it says no data. I can see the field in Zoom and it has data. Any ideas why the topic field isn’t coming through or how else I could automatically create and look up a sensible campaign name from Zoom in SF? Thanks,Hannah

How to trigger Zap for Outlook emails from a specific list?

First off, please excuse my ignorance, I must be missing something. I need to setup a zap from outlook to coda every time an email related to specific conversation is received or sent. I have a table in coda listing all my active sales opportunities. Each opportunity has a “Contact” column, and a column showing “Last Communication”. I need a zap where the trigger is an email (sent or received) in outlook, and the action is to create/update a table cell in the “Last Communication” column based on the contact. How can I filter which email triggers the action? I only want the emails from a specific list, do I have to keep adding them to the zapier filter manually? or is there a way to get zapier to reference a table or list. Thanks

My zaps have been working fine to add new contacts to our Benchmark Email contact lists from Podio CRM until today. I am getting the error message: you have exceeded your API limits for adding contacts Please check your API field and try again. Can anyone help me with this?

Is it possible to replay a “successful” step?

HiI saw this being discussed a year ago and it was mentioned that it will replay only failed steps. In our case the server returned a parse error so it’s definitely not “success”, is there a way to tag them as failed or something so we can replay them? I cannot resend the info through FB to zapier. If this still doesn’t exist, then it would be great if it can be added asap, I’m sure we’re not the only ones with these “successful” false positives.Thank you

How to test Zap using PayPal sandbox transactions?

Hi, I am working for a non profit org where they want to integrate the donations received via PayPal into Salesforce. I was able to create zap to integrate the information from google sheets into Salesforce without much issues. However, I am not sure how to test PayPal integration. My zap has several paths depending on the info received from PayPal and the info that is available in Salesforce. FYI, I only have restricted access to Salesforce and I have asked my manager to update the IPN hook provided by Zapier into PayPal and he did do that. However, when a transaction came in PayPal, the info was not found in Salesforce. When I looked at the Zap history, I see that the data from PayPal is shown as “Missing Data”. So, I am not sure what is coming from PayPal. Is there a way to test the Zap with test PayPal transactions? Can someone help? Thanks,Bala.

Custom field data from Gumroad not being sent to Revue

Hi all,I’ve set up a zap to add Gumroad customers to my Revue mailing list. The email transfers properly, but the custom required fields of First Name and Last Name won’t update in Revue and are just left blank. It’s programmed correctly on Zapier with the fields linked and showing data from the test sale. Any thoughts?! Thanks,BC

Static word added to every value Zap creates

All my zaps work great, i ask for city and country data  to move to a spreadsheet, all is good but the City field includes the word “city” when pulling content. The country and city zap are designed identical and the word “Country “ is not pulled yet city does HELP HELP HELP
