First off, please excuse my ignorance, I must be missing something.

I need to setup a zap from outlook to coda every time an email related to specific conversation is received or sent. 

I have a table in coda listing all my active sales opportunities. Each opportunity has a “Contact” column, and a column showing “Last Communication”. I need a zap where the trigger is an email (sent or received) in outlook, and the action is to create/update a table cell in the “Last Communication” column based on the contact.

How can I filter which email triggers the action? I only want the emails from a specific list, do I have to keep adding them to the zapier filter manually? or is there a way to get zapier to reference a table or list.
